We've always liked the onion rings and the burgers at Red Robin but they have really gone downhill. Not many people in the restaurant at 6:30 p.m. on a Tuesday night and the service was still slow. The chicken fingers were very greasy and not very tasty and the burger was cooked too well done. The bottomless fries are never fresh. I think they must keep a lot of them under a heat lamp in case people ask for refills

I haven’t been to a Red Robin in a while. Visited tonight and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the new item Bacon N Blue burger. It was a great burger. What I liked best was the fact that it was easy to manage, meaning I could pick it up with two hands and eat it without it falling apart even though it had extra ingredients on it. Cooked to perfection and delicious. Sweet potato fries excellent as well. My dining companion ordered the jalapeño burger which was also delicious....
