Had slow service the day I stopped in here, waited almost 15 minutes, with four staff members two tables away, before I was even asked if I wanted a drink. Was a minute away from getting up and walking out when I finally got service. Food - hard to mess up a burger and fries, they didn't. I won't rush back to one, but will go back again in the future, during my travels.
Located in a very good spot in Plymouth, the atmosphere is great and service was amazing. Wish i could remember the waitress name but she was fantastic and very polite and served our every need. i definitely recommend this Red Robin to everybody. As always the food was great.
Walked in looking forward to burger and refreshment. Was going to take a seat at the bar. It was clutterewith dirty dishes and condiments. Staff was chatting behind the bar. I just wanted a clean spot to sit. They asked what I needed and I said a clean place to sit. Got the evil eye and walked right over to Fridays. Bar was spotless. Bar tender welcomed me right away. He actually had patrons. They did not. Big difference in all aspects
