Our group of friends went to Red Tea Garden recently on a Friday night.The staff was very pleasant and efficient. It is a small place in a little strip mall near the Plymouth airport.The food was good, plentiful and nicely served. It was quiet enough for nice conversations and they did not rush us out. Would definitely go here again.

Staff are very efficient,food comes out in a timely manner. Very clean and menu items are offered with a wide choice of variety. Chicken wings are really good. Prices are reasonable.
I usually come here once a week. their lunch specials are great.Kid-friendliness: it’s not a kids restaurant but the atmosphere and staff aren’t rude about kids and they will accommodate you. there’s also tv’s everywhere which can help entertain your kids if you’re in to that.

Came here on a recommendation, and would not recommend. Pretty low bar when it comes to Chinese food. The fried rice was a mushy mess that clearly was sitting around for a while. No flavor. The waitress barely looked at us and didn’t provide any service. No welcome. No asking us how everything was. No asking if we wanted to refill. Nothing.

Dining room was way too dark and no music playing. Two large screens were on without sound. The food was pretty good. Scallion pancakes the best I've had in a long time. The Mai tais at 10$ were very weak. I'd go back again. They seemed to have a lot of take out business for a Tuesday

This year, we have eaten there several times and have never seen such poor food consistency. It's like night and day. Sometimes, it is tasty others greasy, tasteless, and of poor visual quality. I will give them one more try, then we are moving on.

Although food was excellent, they could teach their waitstaff to be more pleasant and available! Waitress was rushing us from the minute we sat down but once our food came out she was nowhere to be found! This is always a complaint of many people! Great food but rude employees! Especially in dining area. The old place that was once there went above and beyond to welcome people! Wish they would do the same?
My family and I had dinner here. We ordered some dishes. I would recommend to order scallion pancake, Crab Rangoon, and chicken dishes. Chicken dishes’ sauce was a little bit too sweet. If you like to eat sweet, you would like it.

Ordered for NYE, food was top notch. My son asked for days where we got it from and he is jonesing to go in person soon. Take out was on time, priced right and portions were great. Never eaten in, YET. Lounge was busy and had lots of TVs. Had a drink while I waited because a game was on I wanted to watch. Staff was nice and facilities were clean. My experience was a well run restaurant on time and on point for one of the busiest days of their year. Definitely recommend. Would give 5 stars but let's be honest it's a eat in/take out restaurant can't really give 5 stars but it's very good, don't let 4 stars sway you!!

Explain to me how an order placed at 3:30pm, for a pick up time of 5:30pm , gets lost and is still not ready at 6:45? I know that New Years Eve is busy…but so does the staff at the restaurant. Did they not plan ahead for the busiest night of the year? Seems they might want to take a look at their takeout service, and maybe get a clue?
