Disappointing experiences twice over the last two days. Ordered 2 different drink each day, both times were incorrect. Same employee each visit. The first day I was charged for a larger size than the one I actually got, second day..(today) drink was certainly not made correctly at all and not to mention the cup was probably about 3/4 full. I spend a vast amount of money at various Starbucks locations around the state, and definitely consider myself a very valuable customer. Not sure if people are just getting lazy or are not being trained correctly but this is really unacceptable and very disappointing.

Really awful. Only one employee was there, the man gave me the opposite drink I asked for. I asked for the new berry drinks and got this.

Recently started drinking Starbucks, found this nice little spot near us. Woman with blonde hair is nice, woman with mousy brown hair is not. This morning started asking me all kinds of personal questions, am I new here, where do I live, and what is my name. I was very uncomfortable with this. She wasn't nice from the get-go either.Maybe you should stop minding everybody else's business and fix up your own life. Cuz there’s a reason you wake up the way you do every morning.People always have to ruin a really nice place.

The lady at the register was nice but the person making my drinks was extremely rude. She messed up one of my drinks and when I questioned it she simply took the drink and threw it in the sink and remade it without saying a word. Very unprofessional.

Anytime I've gone into this location i have excellent service with kindness i recently went in on Saturday morning during the middle half of the morning Karen the bratsta that prepared my latte was very kind and courteous and prepared my latte just as the way i requested excellent job with service with a smile ? John white guy that works here was very rude and unfriendly gave off a racist narrative.He made my drink poorly twice and threw it toward me.John also touched all over my sandwich before I asked for a refund. He did not know how to retrieve my receipt.

My wife and I visit a Starbucks every afternoon and usually try to avoid ones located in stores or hotels. We should've stuck to that guideline. We were the only ones in line in the afternoon and both employees (both women) ignored us until they were done filling whatever containers they were filling. Neither said welcome like every other Starbucks and both made us feel we were a nuisance. Both should be fired and the location closed. Both seemed like they hated their jobs.

This is one of those Starbucks located in a Stop & Shop, so be aware that not everything is available. I had points to redeem, but was told that I couldn’t at that location. I ordered a tall cappuccino and I swear the volume was about a small. The lady at the cash was not very friendly, and I see others have mentioned customer service here, too. So, only two stars - one for barely any greeting, and one for the light-as-a-feather cappuccino. This place needs to do better.
