This location absolutely blows. Each time I come back they always fill 3/4 of the cup with ice. And I always ask for less ice. I hate that. The coffee is good, but not when you’re paying almost $9 and you take 5 sips and it’s nearly gone.. Starbucks in sagamore kills it every time. Lesson learned I won’t be back.

I love this Starbucks! Finally good customer service is back! Shout out to the barista Pat who is always chipper and energetic when taking your order. My daughter and I left today and both said I love that guy he is always in a good mood!

Worst customer service ever. The barista with the yellow hair was unbelievably rude and clearly has no idea how to treat customers. I asked for a fork, not an attitude. And this isn’t the first time… there’s also the bald guy in the drive through who’s been rude before. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. This place isn’t worth it.

Big shout out to the crew on today for denying an Ambulance crew service. We get that you close at 1pm for the holiday, but it wasn't even 15 mins until you closed. What a Merry Christmas!

Absolutely terible customer experience at this store,the man that ``helped me``was wearing glasses is bald and is mid 50 s i believe,i didn`t catch his name.I came up to the drive up window as i have been using this location for the past 3 years and enjoyed it up until know.The rest of the employees are extremly nice and helpful.He handed me my refresher drink and said i was all set i politely reminded him that i ordered a sandwich as well and he madly responded with ``i dont know what you ordered``and ``how is he suposed to know about my mobile order,anyways this is not the first time he was rude.
Baristas at drive thru don’t have basic simple manners often. Today they just handed me the coffee and said “here’s your coffee” like would it kill you to be slightly pleasant? Just a really weird vibe from a place where you wouldn’t expect the workers to be cranky but they seemed miserable and I won’t be returning to this location.
Food was good that we got. Breakfast sandwiches. Service is *usually great! Friendly! Inside is just ok.

Just wanted to give a shout to Carter for providing exceptional attention to the customers. We got to Starbucks 15 minutes prior to closing and were hoping we were going to be able to get our order in (for 3 drinks). Initially, it seemed like we were not going to get serviced until Carter noticed us and took our order. We know how annoying it is when customers come in a few minutes before closing but really appreciate to be serviced with respect and no attitude. Starbucks is lucky to have you.

I placed an order online for in store pick up. 4 drinks. Anyone with any common sense knows nobody can carry 4 drinks. We all have two hands. They didn’t provide me with a tray automatically. AND to top it all off none of them even acknowledged the fact I was waiting for 8mins for a tray. (Which I walked out with 3 coffees and grabbed the last one after putting the others in my vehicle so never got one or asked what I need) Lack of customer service and common sense. A “will be with you in a moment” or simply doing your job and putting drinks in a tray if they is more than 2 is not hard.
