They literally mess up my order half of the time we order anything. Yesterday tried to order a strawberry lemonade as a treat for my daughter and they served her a strawberry refresher, makes sense now why she was bouncy off the walls. Genuinely unacceptable.

This is the worst Starbucks around. Mobile ordered and the timer said 4-7 minute. 20 minutes later my sandwich came out while I watched the ice melt in my coffee. The employee making drinks acknowledged literally everyone but me and I watched person after person get there food and drinks. The drive thru also seemed to have priority over people waiting in the lobby.

Can agree with other reviewers, there’s one particular young lady that is extremely rude. I think it’s the same person that the other reviewers are talking about, but now I will definitely keep going to the other location in Colony Place instead.

The girl who work at the drive thru window 10:50am on Mar 3 is so rude. Her attitude is so worst Ive ever seen. She can not do service with this unprofessional. I would never come here again if she still working here. No tips and 1 star.

The addition of the Samoset Street Starbucks location was a nice addition for the town of Plymouth. Overall, they did a good job with the design and build-out of the facility given the space they had to work with. The design is modern and the seating is generally comfortable. It's a nice place to sit and read a book or sit and focus on work remote tasks while also being able to charge any of your various devices. I have found the staff at this location to be very pleasant as well. This location is quite better than the other Plymouth location if I have to be honest and is a welcome upgrade for any Starbucks regular, but please just don't take my seat........

My husband & myself have had several encounters wi particular rude young lady @ the drive thru! I think it's the same girl a few other people have been commenting about!! She should not be working with the public!

The Unicycling Unicorn
Looks like a new place. Everything went well. Has tables and outlets to plugin laptops. My only complaint is the toilet seat in the men's bathroom needs fixing/tightening.
This place was used to be Shell, along with Burger King, when it was demolished, and replaced with an urgent care before the coffee place was opened.

Have been a few times since opening and have been very pleased. Each time my beverage was made perfectly. However, I went about 3:30 pm last Saturday and was treated with such unfriendly, abrupt service I may think twice about stopping here again.

I have visited this store a few times now and have had the same unfortunate experience each time. The young girl with brown curly hair has repeatedly treated me with unwarranted disrespect. She will glare, laugh, whisper, and be unresponsive when asked kindly for simple things like a straw. Disappointed. Not the experience I'm looking for when grabbing a coffee.

This is the new Starbucks on samoset ( old BK)The young brown haired girl at the window is so insanely rude its become a running joke with myself and a few friends...it really is remarkable.They also make a habit of double charging you - it's a pain having to wait the 2-3 days for the pending chargeS to go thru on my card, then calling the CC Company to have the double charge removed.... happened 4 times already between myself and my wife's cards.Try to avoid this place but if you must go - pay cash and have thick skin.

My wife and I visit a Starbucks every afternoon and usually try to avoid ones located in stores or hotels. We should've stuck to that guideline. We were the only ones in line in the afternoon and both employees (both women) ignored us until they were done filling whatever containers they were filling. Neither said welcome like every other Starbucks and both made us feel we were a nuisance. Both should be fired and the location closed. Both seemed like they hated their jobs.
