The barista was absolutely wonderful, the coffee came quickly and was exactly right. The ladies’ room was immaculate. The only negative is that between the doors and the drive through window, the seating is so freezing cold that’s it’s hard to work. So I do not recommend this particular Starbucks for work.

I went inside Starbucks to order and was helped by Mik. I wasn’t sure what to get, but she gave me a lot of really good suggestions and was super helpful. I ended up getting an iced caramel macchiato and was really happy with it and the experience in general.

I came here on Christmas Eve and it said they will be open till 6 pm. I got there at 5:52 and the doors were already locked. They couldn’t stay open 8 minutes longer?! Very disappointed

They literally mess up my order half of the time we order anything. Yesterday tried to order a strawberry lemonade as a treat for my daughter and they served her a strawberry refresher, makes sense now why she was bouncy off the walls. Genuinely unacceptable.

This is the worst Starbucks around. Mobile ordered and the timer said 4-7 minute. 20 minutes later my sandwich came out while I watched the ice melt in my coffee. The employee making drinks acknowledged literally everyone but me and I watched person after person get there food and drinks. The drive thru also seemed to have priority over people waiting in the lobby.
