Awesome spot in town! First time trying it today and loved it! Grabbed the cookies and cream and New York cheesecake mixed together and it was awesome! Highly recommend this to anyone!

I am from out of state and decided to bring my granddaughter here. I was appalled with how dirty the front door, the floor inside and the machines were. This place needs a thorough cleaning. It turned me off instantly. I can't help but wonder how dirty the machines are. Also the toppings need to be covered when not being used. I am so disappointed. Unless they clean the place up, I won't be back!!!

Came in on a Wednesday for no weigh Wednesday and they didn't honor it. The manager was extremely rude also. The place was dirty too, drips of food on the walls, sticky floors and unusable bathroom because of how dirty it was.

Came in yesterday with my daughter and had a great time!! The store was very clean and the girl working was very friendly! Very cute inside and many flavors. Overall much cleaner than other froyo places Iāve been too
The young girl at the cash register was not very welcoming, first me and my companion walked in and greeted her with a warm ā Hi, how are you .ā There was no answer from her. Most likely because her face was nestled into her phone. We walked to get are yogurt and went to pay and she seemed to be the most snarky, uptight, unhappy person. Not a smile how are you today in sight. I am not one to complain about poor customer service but this one takes the cake. Hopefully whatever she has going on gets resolved. The man in the oddly patterned plaid shorts seemed to be doing all the work.

4 Strikes. I said to the girl at the counter that 4 flavors are broken, same as last time (including the signature tart). She said that they arenāt broken, they just donāt work. And also stated, thatās the way it is. The owner mustnāt have a clue.

The kind I came to get was broken i asked if the man could help me. He said it takes a cpl mins. I sat there for like 15 mins waiting the thing thing wasn't even spinning so I left with what looked like juice. He also was so extremely rude. My grand daughter wanted a cake pop. I said okay walked back grabbed it an said hello I'd like to purchase this. I stood there another 5 to 7 mins. An he just never came back out to the desk. So we left as my grandaughter cried her eyes out because she could see they had them. But no1 to actually ring us up. Idk there usually pretty good. But some people should just not work in certain places.

I love Sweet Frog so much donāt get me wrong.
BUT
If I walk into this location for my ninth time and the Tart flavor is like soup, iām giving up.
WHY WHY WHY is the tart always so loose??? Fix the machine š© PLEASE!
8 times now just to be deliberate iāve gone and tried and ALWAYS loose, just bump them numbers up on that machine guys not hard! Give me cold stiff froyo of my favorite flavor!!!!!!!!!
