The franchise owner of this specific sweetFrog location (Jeanette Pasquale) is bad for business. She is constantly in the “All Things Plymouth” group on Facebook arguing, belittling, complaining, bad-mouthing, and repeatedly causing controversies all while representing the sweetFrog which she runs. She will use profane language and attack other posters in the group, then not long after will be posting about her sweetFrog location to try and attract business.
For a more recent example, on 7/12/2024 she made a post using vulgar profanities while insulting a pickup truck driver and attached a picture of said vehicle in an attempt to defame and deface the driver. It’s super unprofessional on her part and poorly represents sweetFrog as a whole having the franchise owner online causing a scene repeatedly. As a result my family and I refuse to visit this specific location and will instead drive to the Hanover location.
Attached is this franchise owner’s post on Facebook and some of her unprofessional/outright disrespectful replies to users. I suggest you stay away and do not give this location your business.

Located in Colony Place, sweetFrog is a new addition to the local frozen treat landscape. Featuring build-your own frozen yogurt treats with a variety of topping options, this business adds a tasty dimension to the eateries in west Plymouth. Among the cool topping options are a variety of boba balls in addition to more traditional sundae/frozen yogurt toppings.
Kid-friendliness: My favorite eight-year-old loves this place! She loved everything with the exception of the Traditional Tart flavor, which is better reserved for frozen yogurt traditionalists.

The staff was phenomenal and went above and beyond. I have two small children that I promised sweet frog after a haircut. Their register and internet was down. Instead of turning me and two very disgruntled tiny humans away (to which I certainly would have perished at the hands of said tiny humans) the owner’s mother and employee that day graciously allowed us in for a froyo. She sat with us and chatted could not have been any lovelier. Reminds me that being kind and caring still exists and even bigger was a perfect example of what I’m trying to teach my kids. Thank you ?.

Self-serve, pay by weight fro-yo and toppings. A bright, clean shop. Some indoor seating and some outdoor seating.

We love the froyo but last time we went there were fruit flies everywhere! Also they should really have paper towels in the bathroom.

My 8 year old absolutely loves going to sweet frog! It’s our new favorite
It's kind of on expensive but the kids love that they can do everything them selves. Ice cream and toppings are all really good.
Delicious! My mother and I enjoyed our yogurt and will definitely be back to enjoy something cold on a hot summer day!
The cheese cake and peanut butter frozen yogurt was really good and the cheese cake and pomegranate boba was great! Clean place, nice staff. Loved they had a coloring page?
I love there peanut butter ice cream
