Best Taco Bell order I've had in a while. Placed a mobile order well before close. Then I noticed the drive through closed 30 min before posted close time. I arrived about 1 min prior, lights off but they still made my order.

My family likes to get Taco Bell occasionally when we are busy. I don't know if it's corporate issues with expectations or just plain bad management, but they always seem to have staffing issues. No, I don't think it's because "no one wants to work." I have been a manager, and it's all about the atmosphere you create for your employees. If you treat them well, they will treat you well. It says a lot when you have a group of people quitting at the same time.

This is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. It was clean, the staff was hard working and most importantly. The food was Hot!!! They deserve a raise....

Got a box of 12 taco supremes... $32... We order these at least once a month. THIS TIME... the corn tortillas were RANCID!!! THE SMELL WAS NASTY!!! The whole box went in the trash... Taco Bell said bring in receipt and they would refund the money. Worker says they come in pre-made and all they do is reheat them now.
Yikes! That's sad

This is the first google review.
Went through the drive through , the line was long I get it a busy Friday night.. 2 cars in front of me were sitting for 10 min , so when I got up to the speaker no one answered me for 5 min so I figured it was down. Went up to the window to order I overhear I’d assume it was the manger dressed in non uniform (hoodie over his head ) saying tell her 10 min wait to park and they’ll bring out my food. I’m a waitress I get it but when I try to order food simply because I thought the speaker was down don’t treat me like I have 5 heads .. anyways sat in my car for 5 min figured I’d just go inside since I saw 2 cars that were behind me in the drive thru drive off with there food . Waited inside for 5 min and then my order was ready after 3 people at that point getting their food before me. Where they make the food looked absolutely disgusting. And when I received my food the nacho fries looked like mush and the quesadilla was uncut sticking to the wrapper. Couldn’t eat it after seeing what inside looked like
Once again I’m a waitress and I get food service and busy night. But a simple”I’m sorry we’re busy just give me a couple min to take your order “ or even acknowledging customers is what I would recommend to any of the workers in there.. it’s Taco Bell can’t imagine how any of those workers would be like at any other job.

Very disappointed I drove 30 min to get tacos and I placed my order and confirmed my order when I got home 6 of my tacos were were incorrect. I called to let them know and the manager was SO incredibly rude. He essentially told me he "was waisting his time talking to me" I will not go back again and if I do I will sit at the drive thru window and check ALL 9 of my tacos to make sure my kids get what they ordered. Horrible customer service.

Perhaps this location is understaffed? I pulled up to the drive thru with not one person in it and they immediately barked at me that it’s going to be at the very least a 35 minute wait before even asking what I wanted? It was a Sunday at like 9pm not rush hour.

Another time, the workers acted like it was such a hassle if I asked for anything extra at the window (no one was there).

Just curious-who was chose to manage this establishment, and why?

Slow and disgusting in there. Workers in the back moving like molasses. Multiple workers just standing around while 5+ customers sat and waited for over half an hour. Just terrible. Trash all over the place
