Drive-through staff were knowledgeable of their menu and very articulate/helpful about answering questions and describing new value menu items that I was unfamiliar with until today.Food service was prompt, but the chicken quesadilla tasted off and made me physically sick immediately after consumption; haven't had the courage (or appetite, frankly) since then to try the other items I ordered.(I'm legitimately unsure what to do this food, now. Do throw it away/waste food because the first thing I ate immediately made me hork? Give it to a roommate, say nothing about the quesadilla, and hope for the best for them? I'm leaning towards the first option.)

I don't understand how in the 8 years I've been here this taco bell hasn't gotten better. The attitudes of the employees are ridiculous and rude. In the drive through the lady wouldn't respond to us because we asked for a moment to overlook the menu she just didn't speak back. When we were ready we stated we were ready and she made us wait. Very rude in asking what else we wanted. No smiles no thanks for choosing us just a stale face with no words didn't even say the price just put her hand out for the money. Its been years taco bell of the same consistent awful service from your employees. Like come on get it together.

Daniel and his team have great drive-through game. When you pull up to the speaker and you hear his voice, you know you’ll be well treated!Like everywhere else, Taco Bell’s prices have spiked in recent years. Definitely check out the deals in their mobile app—if you branch off from the same old tacos supreme and burrito combo, you’ll find something filling for less money!
My friend and I stopped at the plaza in Plymouth for a grilled cheese burrito with beef. Excellent! Quick drive thru, friendly staff , burritos were made swiftly. Nice and heated, well wrapped, all the contents were in there and delicious. Plenty of parking while we were there and no problems. Teresa in comments was right about the one in Raynham- if she is talking about the one right off of rt. 44. They did a terrible job, but this was 2 years ago for me. I called the manager and never went back. However, there is a new one on rt. 138 in Raynham and the chef prides himself on doing a good job and did, just about 3 days ago. Plenty of parking and right off rt. 495.

I went in to pick up an order for Uber eats. There was another delivery driver picking up food that was also waiting. The order came up for him, and he, very politely, Try getting anyone’s attention because the order needed a drink and they didn’t fill it. Finally, someone helps him and get him to drink. Then my order comes up and it also is missing the drink. I politely tried to get anyone’s attention to try and get me the drink, and they all ignored me. Finally, the drive-through cashier came over and I said that I needed a large Dr Pepper that he seeds to give me a small. If it was my order, I wouldn’t care but it’s for somebody else and the customer ordered a large and now I’m bringing them a small so they’re gonna take it out on me when it’s Taco Bell employees fault. I would not suggest this Taco Bell to my worst enemy, The employees do not care about anything.

This Taco Bell is okay. The workers are nice here, but the fast few times I've been here, the tables have always been dirty. And the floors are sticky. I don't like how you have to place your order yourself now and can't have the workers do it. When I came here on 12/1 with my husband their was no ice, and it was just really dirty in the area where you get your drinks
I went for a scheduled interview at 11am on Friday 11/24. The building was not only dark, doors closed but for the day after Thanksgiving =unbelievable! The restaurant was taking care of pickup, as I observed an employee come out to deliver food as I was parking. She completely ignored me when I tried both doors(locked)&when I was looking in the window. What a bogus interview, bad enough to be unemployed but for a company to set up in person interviews (which I chose a later time since I was unsure of traffic on Black Friday, didn't want to be late for a job interview) and then be closed?! Here's a company that needs an overhaul. I would never recommend this company to anyone after this . I gave the lowest rating. This Taco Bell is located at the 4 Plaza Way, Plymouth MA. If they can't hold an interview, what makes you think they can do your food. Just something to think about.Not Recommended.

11/22/2023 approx 8pm After having to go inside, I walked in. The restaurant is a mess. There is smoke FILLING the air, the restaurant smells terrrible too. The guy working the drive thru window is amazing.

Umm a Taco Bell that's closed on a Tuesday? Red flag.Anyway on an actual note, I don't know why but it just doesn't taste like the other locations, major flavor lack somehow. Service is sad, you can only use the kiosk if you want to dine in and the drive thru is the slowest I've ever seen. Don't come here if you're thinking a fast food time frame, you'll be waiting

My aunt and I haven't had Taco Bell in over 5 years and decided to pop in for a snack during the work day. Everyone was super sweet and they just came.out with vegan cheese for the nachos so my aunt could have her favorite college snack!
Everyone at this location was super nice, but it was freezing inside! It won't stop me from going there, though. Everything was delicious, as usual!
