Arriving to chaos at the hostess desk, took them a couple min to find our reservation and after checking on our table forgot about us and when I asked if table was ready soon after they I think gave our table to someone else and said our only option was to sit outside which it was getting dark and cold. Other than that they said the wait would be an hour. They could have just had us wait and gave us seating next available since their error. With no option we sat outside and realized we were right next to a wedding rehearsal dinner and awkwardly felt in the wrong place. After long wait for waitress we ordered drinks and food. When after 45 minutes our dinner didn't arrive we were told they were busy in kitchen had some mixup and had to wait for one of our meals. Overall was not a good experience, front staff clearly was overwhelmed with reservations and walk in customers, our seating should not have been with a wedding party and not enough help with waitstaff who also agreed. Hoping when prime season arrives help will be staffed better.

It's been a few years, won't go back unless I hear things get better. Disappointing meal.
I had my elderly mom with us and had checked off low top for the rez. The host brought us to high top when we arrived and told us there was no low tops available anytime soon. We had to hoist my mother into a bar stool. Online the place looked nice. In person, it was not. And it was really, really loud. Our family night (6 of us) was not so great since we couldn't even hold a conversation.

Not sure if this was the fault of the restaurant or the opentable website but I selected a standard table instead of a high top, which I dislike, and we were brought to a high top in the bar area. We told the hostess no high top and we were then seated at a standard table.

Beautiful brunch menu, options, ambiance and service. Most of the food was ex optional: oysters, breakfast burrito ... omelette slightly overcooked. I'll be back.

Was given an iced tea spoon for lobster bisque. Scallops wrapped in bacon served on a bed of sundried tomatoes, too many, in my opinion. More Ciders please.
Service was horrible Food was disgusting and very late basically a drinking establishment after a few drinks everything must taste better... What a hideous unprofessional response

Out of all the lobster rolls I ate, this was definitely towards the bottom. The first couple of bites had a strange fishy taste like it was topped with old lobster and the bun was soggy.
The hostess had to be called out of the back to seat and seemed annoyed at our presence. Took forever for our waiter to come to our table for our drink order. Took a long while to get the drinks. The food was ok but not for the price. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with themselves and the locals than making money on tourists. Their loss. The only nice thing I can say is the location is good and the building itself is nice.

The food was very good. Our server was attentive and working hard but the food took almost an hour to arrive - a cold dish and a toasted sandwich.
Great place and very good service. Everything has been perfect I would just suggest to improve a little bit the pizza. To dry and no mozzarella. But we will definitely come back ! Thank you !

From the hostess to the table the service was really bad. A lot of locals at bar which is fine. We waited a very long time for table and drinks as staff leisurely stood around and chatted with themselves and locals. Finally got a drink but drank that for close to an hour and no one ever checked on us. Still we never complained. The Clams were god awful (under cooked). The tacos and rice of all things were great. That rice, wow was great. But still one star for the toxic staff atmosphere, terrible clams, and I paid well over $100 and still tipped accordingly. But won’t be back.

My family and I went here on Indigenous’ Peoples Day and we had a wonderful time. We walked in around lunch time, but there was no wait. We got a nice table near the water and the food was amazing. We had the lobster ragoons and half a dozen raw oysters as appetizers. My boyfriend got the lobster Mac and cheese which was amazing (pictured below).
