Where do I start.... we got a dozen dux bay oysters that were so small I questioned how they could even sell them. Followed our child sized entrees that although we're decent the price wasn't justified. Then today I get home from work and heat up my Togo pizza and the bottom is so burned all I taste is char. Horrible experience with a good atmosphere. And although the waitress wasn't bad, she would come over ask a question like how is everything and then reply before the answer was given like she was in auto pilot.

The food was amazing, and came out quickly. The bisque was so flavorful and filled with lobster meat. Great portion for what you pay, which is rare in these times. We had Kiera as our server outside, she was knowledgeable about the drinks and extremely friendly, took her time with our group and made sure everything was perfect.
The drink menu has many options, everything is reasonably priced and you definitely are not getting shafted on the alcohol.
Overall, we will be returning and look forward to bringing our pup to the front patio.

Honestly it smelled so pungent of seafood inside that I could barely finish my beer. Had to move to a superior restaurant next door unfortunately. I had really high hopes but was let down on a Thursday evening.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My order wasn’t ready even after waiting about 45 minutes. The young blond employee at the front entrance had a very rude attitude and was not helpful at all. When I politely asked about my order, instead of giving a proper explanation or apologizing, he responded in an unprofessional and dismissive way. Customers deserve respect and clear communication, but unfortunately I received neither. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

We love this place, however this time was different. Waitress had way too many tables and the service was horrible. The food was ok, not great. Wasn't worth the $140 lunch tab.

Quick lunch with friends sat at the bar and our bartender Brittany was amazing and super knowledgeable with drinks and food recommendations. Even tho she was alone we was never left out and was served with speed and kindness. First time here and I will be back for sure.

Lets start off by saying, reservations were at 7p, we did arive about 710p due to no parking and a party of 8. We were not seated until 730p and we were ok with that and they were busy. Lets talk real now. The drinks came over and one of our guests had to wait while we were served. This kid was overwhelmed and under trained. He charged then canceled the transaction on my card of $450, when I clearly explained there were 4 couples splitting a $720 bill with a 20% tip. He had to come over to the table 4x before understanding. A female bartender or waitress came over to the table and asked if we were all married. Weird question but we all answered, then she stated well we have a wedding after party coming in and you can basicly leave. We were all amazed no asking if we wanted dessert. And a very awkward question. This is my second review of a restaurant. DO NOT GO THERE! You will regret it.

My friend and I have been here twice now for dinner (mid-week) and the only good thing we have ever gotten off the menu is the steak and cheese egg rolls. I am never the type of person to send food back, but the first time we ate there the meal I got was just not good at all and then we waited like 45 minutes for a cookie skillet that ended up coming out so burnt we couldn't even stick a fork through it😭. It also was fully missing ice cream... all we could do was laugh. The server (who was training) saw it in front of us and looked appalled... we felt so bad. We ended up getting a new one to go which was made fine.

We both work in restaurants, so we understand sometimes stuff happens. We decided to give it another try yesterday. Our server was great. Super friendly, very very nice girl. We got the steak and cheese egg rolls again and then decided to split a pizza... I don't know HOW they did it but the pizza came out burnt, raw, and soggy all at the same time... We were genuinely crying laughing because HOW does that even happen. Our server came over to check how everything was and we reluctantly told her about it and she was mortified. This poor girl ON HER SECOND DAY off training went and grabbed the manager. Everyone was super apologetic about everything and we had a good laugh about it overall, but unfortunately I don't have it in me to try this place again.

I don't know what's going on in the kitchen, but for the love of god PLEASE get it together😭😭 As a server, I genuinely feel bad for the FOH for having to put up with this stuff. I can't remember our server's name, but if you ever see this, you were amazing. You are the only reason that I'm giving this review 2 stars. I am SO SORRY that you felt the need to apologize 20 times for something that obviously wasn't your fault.

I HATE that I'm writing a review like this but I fear it has to be done due to fact that it's happened not once... but TWICE. We really wanted to like this place, but at this point this feels like a toxic relationship and can never go back.

We are extremely disappointed and upset by our experience at your restaurant.

We specifically ordered non-alcoholic beverages, but we were served drinks that contained alcohol. This is a serious mistake, especially because one of my friends has an allergy or severe sensitivity to alcohol. When we raised this concern, the response from the staff and manager, Joe, was dismissive and unacceptable. Joe appeared to suggest that the situation was not serious simply because an ambulance did not need to be called. An allergic reaction or medical risk should never be minimized in this way.

We were also very disappointed by the lack of attention to detail, the quality of the food, and the overall attitude we received. As foreign customers and Asians, we were left feeling that we may have been treated differently because of our race or background. Regardless of the reason, the way we were spoken to and the lack of concern shown were deeply upsetting.

Serving alcohol to customers who specifically ordered non-alcoholic drinks is a serious failure in food and beverage safety. We expect the restaurant to take responsibility for what happened, address the staff’s handling of the situation, and provide an appropriate response.

My fiance and I sat at the bar and didn’t get greeted for 10 minutes . One bartender took my drink order, and then twenty minutes went by, I never received my drink and we weren’t acknowledged once. We were going to get more drinks and dinner but never got the chance to order anything because we weren’t acknowledged or served. It was our second bad experience there, we won’t be returning. We left after 30 minutes sitting there with no service.

Had dinner tonight, February 15th. Pretty sad to hear that they were out of many choices. No steak tips. No shorts ribs, no lobster. Busy president's day/ Valentine's Day weekend. We had a cod dish and Salmon. Place was quite busy, Olympics and NBA all star game were on. A guitar player too. No excuse for so many items not available though
