We have been by the terrace a few times and always wanted to try it. Finally we ventured in. But at the hostess stand we were told there were no tables and we didn’t have a reservation. As the hostess was telling us this a man appeared from the bar area and asked if he could help us. We just said we were going to have dinner but were told there were no tables. Well he told the hostess to put us in the alley. I was interested as to what the alley was but I was going there needless to say. It was a nice little table in a narrow part of the rooftop with a beautiful view. We were very happy. Now to the food and the service. The service was fantastic (unfortunately I can’t remember the waiters name) and the food was unbelievable. We both had the Hoisin steak. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely recommend this place. Thank you to Michael Gordon for accommodating us. We will definently be back.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! If I could leave negative stars I would. Went here for dinner as a group of five. We ordered brussel sprouts, 2 salads, and 3 bowls. Our food took over an hour and a half to come to our table. Manager Michael came over and told us he was sorry for the wait and then came back later and said that one of the meals was made wrong and instead of correcting just that plate, the whole order was remade. I would like to add that the entire restaurant was without food, we were not the only table having a delay. About a half hour after that excuse the food was brought over, just after we said we were going to leave. Food was abysmal. Salad was soggy. The bowls were disgusting, not fresh, no sauce, and my shrimp bowl was 1- made with cucumbers and mushrooms after asking for it without and 2- the shrimp was sauceless and looked like it was the popcorn shrimp from Costco that was reheated. The food was definitely not remade like he said. We called over the manager, Michael, who apologized and said he would comp our drinks and take half the bill off, due to the unacceptably long wait and the wrong order. After deciding the food was not good enough to even finish, we asked for the check. The check was only comped drinks. After trying and failing to flag down our MIA waitress, we went up to find her and said that the bill wasn't correct. She left for another long period of time and finally said that the "best she could do" was to comp the app and one bowl. We paid over a hundred dollars for crappy bowls and salads after being told that we would be comped half off. Where was Michael during this?... not on the premises. The waitress said that the same thing happened on Friday and the kitchen was backed up 2 HOURS. This was a pathetically awful experience... awful food and even worse service. The view was definitely not worth this and the atmosphere was trashy at best.

First visit. We ate outside on the terrace before heading to a concert at Memorial Hall. Weather was perfect! Chose the shishito pepper app, the salmon poke bowl and the steak tips. All good! Service was also great. We'll definitely return.

We did not have a great experience. The food was only ok, service was terrible. We were a group of 6, 2 meals came out 15 min before the others. Waitress was inattentive at best and the restaurant was not super busy (it was a Monday) so that should not have been the case. 3 of us got Poke bowls and when we asked for soy sauce the waiter brought out one tiny paper cup for all 3 of us to share. Presentation of the food and the table (no placemats, no candles) were not good. The roof top could be fabulous but it felt like we were in a cafeteria with a great view.

It was a busy Saturday night. We were seated and had no wait service for 15 mins when we finally went to the manager and found out no one was assigned to our table. Service was very slow. Fish and chips were horrible. They were like fish sticks. Steak tips were good and mussels were good. I think ambiance is great but food and service were lacking

Mike (I thinks he's a manager) has gone out of his way a couple times now to ensure we had great seats. Specifically setting up an umbrella at a table for us. Our server was also excellent. Good food.

We stopped here to have a nice lunch at the end of our vacation on our way to the airport. It was 20+ minutes before we got to ask someone if we had a server. No water -and we were sitting outside of this rooftop restaurant. They were apologetic and were kind enough to comp a glass of wine but our food arrived and we still had no silverware. The food was good and I hope they were just having an off day.

We were having a small 60th birthday party and Micheal made sure we got the table and time we wanted. We enjoyed our delicious meals of sirloin tips cooked perfectly to order, salmon, burger and pork chop. The drinks were well made and delicious. Our waitress was very attentive and served the birthday cake for us too. The waterfront views along with the sunset over the balcony made the evening there extra special.

The service is amazing. The host/general manager is so welcoming, he is constantly checking on his guests. The view is stunning. Our food was wonderful and the portions generous.

deb is the best server I’ve ever had. She’s so sweet. The food was amazing. She made conversation and there was even hugs afterwards.

Deb was an amazing server. Very welcoming and interested in every word spoken. Told us other places to go and understanding of our time we have. Wanted to know how we are and made conversation. Amazing atmosphere and vibe all around. Deb was funny and made conversation. Come to this place it’s amazing! (I recommend the chowder it’s the best)

Horrible service and lack of communication. reservation sat us 30 minutes after. Appetizers within an hour of sitting, food didn't come out until we were getting ready to leave to pick up our kids.

We had very high hopes for Terrace Rooftop as we were visiting for the first time today in the hopes of having our rehearsal dinner here before our wedding. I've worked in restaurants for thirteen years and have genuinely never had such a bad experience at a restaurant in my life. It Started when we arrived and Mike at the hostess stand was visibly annoyed by any and all customers coming up to him because of how behind they were. I walked up and told him we had a reservation and he shook his head and in an extremely rude tone said “well you're going to have to wait, we're still trying to seat reservations 15 minutes before yours.” I understand being behind and being frustrated but not quite sure how you are set to greet guests and can't separate yourself from the frustration to do your job and provide exceptional customer service. Finally got seated about 20 minutes after our reservation was set for. Little did we know, that was only the start of our troubles. Our server came over shortly after we sat down and took our drink and appetizer order. We thought things would be smooth sailing from here but nope! We ordered the shrimp and Brussels sprouts as appetizers. This took over an hour to come out. Our meals took almost two hours to come out. And when it did, no apologies or anything. Every food runner we saw bringing food to the tables seemed confused as to which food was going where and almost every time they came out with food, they would walk up to multiple tables and it was clear they didn't know where the food was supposed to go and would return to the kitchen to ask again. We were finally able to leave around 9:20 after getting our food much later than expected. This place is extremely mismanaged. The rooftop view is cool but not worth the overpriced food and extremely long wait times. Definitely has the potential to be a really cool spot. But Whether it's a date night, casual dinner or you're planning on having a private event here, stay far away.

Spectacular view of Plymouth Harbor and the food was fantastic! My friend and I had dinner at The Terrace last night. My friend and I started our meal with a salad that included a blend of lettuce varieties, goat cheese, cranberries, blueberries, edamame, pumpkin seeds and a light vinaigrette dressing. We ordered the salmon and pork cutlet for our mains. Salmon was very fresh with a nice crust on the outside and the pork was thin sliced, crispy on the outside and magnificent! Both were served with a green vegetable (asparagus or green beans) and jasmine rice. We shared a salted caramel gelato for dessert. It was good, but we really didn't need desert. Great place, Great Food & Great Service, but don't bother going without a reservation. We had one and were seated right away, but there was a long line down the hall and roughly a two-hour wait for others to get in! Plan ahead!
