We have been by the terrace a few times and always wanted to try it. Finally we ventured in. But at the hostess stand we were told there were no tables and we didn’t have a reservation. As the hostess was telling us this a man appeared from the bar area and asked if he could help us. We just said we were going to have dinner but were told there were no tables. First visit. We ate outside on the terrace before heading to a concert at Memorial Hall. Weather was perfect! Chose the shishito pepper app, the salmon poke bowl and the steak tips. All good! Service was also great. We'll definitely return.
We did not have a great experience. The food was only ok, service was terrible. We were a group of 6, 2 meals came out 15 min before the others. Waitress was inattentive at best and the restaurant was not super busy (it was a Monday) so that should not have been the case. 3 of us got Poke bowls and when we asked for soy sauce the waiter brought out one tiny paper cup for all 3 of us to share.
