Our waitress Karen was great with our kids. They're 4 and 5 and can get a bit rambunctious and she interacted with them and amused them. The food was excellent and Karen was very attentive to our needs and requests.

Very friendly staff and food was good but while waiting for food to come I noticed how dirty the floor was and the dust on the chair legs it was really bad. Might suggest that the floors are. Cleaned before opening

Once we got seated it took 15 minutes to get greeted. Drinks took forever to come. Waiting and waiting..then they came and you could barely taste the alcohol. Meals were sub-par and the shrimp was tiny. Avoid this place if you can it's not worth the money and service is awful

I've eaten here many times and always had a good meal, and service in the past. But I must say my recent experience was less than good. Our server was not very attentive, and the our order took a little longer than I'm used to. Though that maybe do to the fact it was Sunday evening, and it was a skeleton crew on staff. That being said the food was prepared to our liking. Also they were out of Michaelo Ultra (wich is my wife's preferred beer) so she had to order something else. Which we wondered why, but excepted. All in not the best experience we've had there. But the food is always good and we will probably go back again at a better time.

I’ve never been to a restaurant with so many issues. Everything from the appetizer to the meal was really bad. The fries were bad and I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad fry except in the school cafeteria. Customer service was really good though.

Today at lunch time waited almost 15-25 min for a server to even ask what I wanted to drink then beer came 25-30 min later food came shortly after. Definitely shouldn’t be that long just waiting for a beer.... between Taunton Friday’s and Plymouth definitely lost a customer.

The steak was aweful. Had funny smell and tasted like had freezer burn was thawed and then cooked this is one of my favorites and I was disappointed. Only reason I gave 2 stars was our waitress was awesome

Was told I could not have shrimp, and still put them on my plate, got sick when I got home. They just didn't listen to what I was saying,
The servers were overwhelmed and understaffed but did a great job tryin to keep up and be attentive to us. The food and menu was a disappointment. Roughly ten things on the menu total and over half of them were smothered in whiskey barbecue sauce.... not much to choose from and quality of the food was just barely ok.....

Sat us quickly but in a very cold spot. Questioned waitress about the cold air blowing on us (it was in the 20's outside) and she stayed that the vent over us was broken and always blows cold air. We were surrounded by empty tables and asked to move which was done. It then took over 30 minutes for her to back to take our order. Food was ok. Bathrooms were clean.
