This just has to go out to anyone who loves salads and uses door dash. Had a very bad experience at this place and the manager was not kind. Was defensive and only supported her staff when I made a complaint. So here it is. Look at this house salad that I pad over 2O dollars for. A gigantic heap of arugula lettuce and tiny chopped onions , tomato and cucumber cut in quarters. When I called to complain I was asked to take a picture of it as I did. Then only to have the manager call me back immediately after I sent the picture and in a let’s say non empathetic response . According the manager “the person that made the salad did it exactly the way they should have”. The minor manager that makes you feel bad about making a complaint. I wasn’t looking for a free meal or a token etc. all I wanted was some acknowledgment that it was an outrageously priced.
This is just indicative of when a place that started out with good reputation - it got touristy and the place got way too much ahead of themselves. Slow portions. Poor quality. - wrong lettuce for a house salad too-
The manager on site was not happy about the complaint. I could go on but that place is a huge rip off and based on the managers response they really don’t care about concerns raised.
Such a waste of money on those salads.

Overpriced, poor quality. Ordered crab sandwich which looked like garbage on a bun and tasted even worse. The wine offerings were below par and prices for both wine and meals were way overpriced for what you are served. Huge waste of money.

Great location on the harbor. I cannot recommend their chowder. They describe it as “thick” but it was a pasty, gluey mess with no flavor. We did enjoy our drinks and the French dip sliders. We were there mid October, so fairly quiet but they had a guy on guitar, which is always nice.

food was just o.k. , nothing special/ We all agreed that this place has become extremely loud with the music, can't really enjoy conversation. Think we will pass on our next visit to Plymouth

This is a cool spot with fish and underwater sea creatures painted all over the walls. My friend made me laugh saying that it made him feel like he was in a pediatrician office.. maybe that made it feel nostalgic? Anyways, the drinks were great but the food was just sub-par. Everyone was jealous of my caesar salad with blackened salmon (super flavorful and great, light dressing). While they were regretting their choices of burger and lobster grilled cheese. Just left something to be desired...

Very noisy, quick service food, lobster rolls nice, chicken salad nice but both sets of fries were cold so we sent them back.Caribean punch disappointing and couldn't taste alcohol. Lobster and Mac very processed..Over priced. Server was friendly and helpful but I wouldn't return.
