This place has amazing breakfast sandwiches! My favorite is the Cali Earlybird- egg, avocado, turkey, cheese on a bagel. The ice coffee is fresh brewed and so good. The menu has a great variety for lunch as well. It’s a must try.

Picked up 2 paninis and 2 shakes today. Everything very good, fresh, and healthy. Jessica at the window was very personable, sweet, efficient. All areas and food prep were spanking clean! They are in the lobby at Cordage Park and the pandemic has hurt their business. We need to keep them going, please stop by. You won't be disappointed. Great food!

Great food, but they need a better system. When I went to pick my order up, there were two people working on the food, and nobody working at the register. Which is fine, until a customer arrives. Even though my order was "ready" and I saw it sitting there, neither worker stopped what they were doing to just hand me my food that I had already paid for online. I literally spent 15 minutes waiting around, while my sandwich just sat there getting cold. You would think they would just take 5 seconds to hand me my food before taking new orders and making more food. They really need some sort of pickup window or something. I don't usually have this problem when Jen (I think that's her name) is working, but when she isn't there, the other employees seem to have no idea what to do.

We had a delicious lunch from The Mill Tower Cafe today! The Southwestern Chicken Quinoa bowl was so good, healthy and flavorful! My husband had the steak and cheese with braised beef and he raved about it! And they gave us a couple free cookies too... they were awesome! Can’t wait to go back!

Sandwiches are wicked good. Fresh ingredients and very passionate owner. However, the wait times are insane at lunch so suggest calling ahead early! Wish there were more pre-made options when I'm in a hurry!

The all-natural pistachio muffins are wonderful! NOT GREEN because there's no food coloring added! Just real, crushed pistachio. Ummmm....
