Food was delicious (it is very very very TASTY)
Service was amazing.. A big shout out to Maria, she was great and very friendly.
If we ever come back to Plymouth, we certainly are coming back.
What can I say -The Tasty has out done themselves with a brand new menu starting tonight! From the minute we walked through the door we were greeted by happy welcoming people who made sure every step of the way we were enjoying our drinks& meals and made sure we wanted for nothing. To start off you have to try the cornbread it’s like no other - it’s moist and flavorful and they top it with honey butter with some flaked sea salt that was perfection- I licked my fingers to get every morsel it was so good. The duck dumplings are a classic dish for them and we devoured them they were scrumptious -so tender, flavorful and in a delicious broth. The street corn salad had a light lime dressing - not over powering and served on a bed of crunchy greens/ it really paired perfectly with everything else. Now for the main entrees beef cheek which was beyond tender no knife required to cut and coated in a decadent sauce that reminds me of a Moroccan/ Mexican sauce with a complimentary green chilies dipping sauce you want to drink and pickled onions- jalapeños and radishes that brings the dish all together. My brother got the noodles which are a classic favorite at the Tasty with tamari chicken, veggi slaw and peanuts. The desserts are all homemade so even though we were stuffed we had to get carrot cake to go. The frosting is not overly sweet and the cake is so moist you can see the carrots and pineapple in each mouthful of yummy goodness. We will be back to try more of the new menu- every table around us were saying how good their food was so you can’t go wrong with whatever you pick!!! Maria’s service was outstanding and helped made it a wonderful dining experience!
Exceptional food and service! Highly recommend
The BEST restaurant in Plymouth in my opinion. I always try something new and it’s always delicious. Service is great. One of our favorite spots.
It was our first time here but it definitely won’t be our last. From the moment we stepped in the front door we felt the warm welcoming atmosphere. Our waitress Maria was exceptional as were their scrumptious farm to table dishes. We will definitely be returning. Well worth the 45 minute drive from the Cape!
We were so blown away on our roadtrip to cape cod from Boston. We had no expectations and just wanted a place for dinner but holy cow we loved every single dish we ordered. The duck dumplings are so creative yet authentic to my Chinese home cooking at the same time. The cod was so tender and the coconut curry gave a warm and cozy feel (so yummy that we didn’t even get a photo before we ate the whole thing). And finishing all of that with miso caramel chocolate pot crème was just chef’s kiss.
We ordered a salad for lunch $16 And we both got protein added on for an additional $8 And when the food got to the table it was embarrassing because their literally was like 5 pieces of lettuce lol very very small portion
We could also see the guy in the kitchen had no gloves on either.
Had a delicious dinner here. Warm candlit atmosphere. Our server Maria was friendly and a great server. We had the noodles, the short ribs and a homemade cheesecake all delicious. A great playlist of oldies was great.

We’re loving Maria’s Beatles playlist, syncing with the concert down the street at Plymouth Memorial Hall!
We have been travelling around the USA and decided to stop for a dine in. I ordered cod and my wife ordered noodles. To keep it short the food was excellent as well as the service and the atmosphere. I give The Tasty my highest recommendation.

A wonderful experience last night here at The Tasty. Our server was delightful, attentive, and you could tell she loved her job and all the food there. And the food - every one of our meals was an explosion of flavor in every bite. I can’t wait to go back and try some other dishes. A cozy spot - I thoroughly enjoyed everything about my meal there.

Completely delightful cocktail bar serving up creative modern bites, restrained upscale but unpretentious atmosphere and warm service. I was nervous at first about bringing my party of seven on a busy Friday night since they don't take reservations and they're VERY popular, but I gave the owner a heads-up beforehand and everything worked out flawlessly. Acoustics are a bit better for conversation than their boisterous sister bar across the street.

Our first visit there was for lunch, which they told us they had just resumed after a long hiatus. It was all just right. We ordered cups of the seafood chowder and were surprised that they were very generous portions of EXCELLENT soup served in nice antique blue china type bowls. The sandwiches, salad and fries were all first-rate as well. Nice touch is the house-made sodas. Very tasty and not too sweet. Heartily recommend.
