Trail's End Bistro, while having a huge advantage of being the only restaurant within a 30-minute ride, does a really good job of serving up very good food.
The restaurant is located in a relatively new development called Redbrook. We live roughly 15 minutes outside of the development and while we have a number of options convenient to us, we have been to this restaurant many times.
Nothing but really good things to say about the facility, the staff and of course the food.
I highly recommend this restaurant

I’ve gotten pizza here four or five times every single time it’s burnt the last time I was here I even asked them to cook it lightly. It came out burnt. I will never be back for another pizza. I’ll drive all the way to Rosen, Vicki’s. Somebody needs to tell him that he needs to take the pizzas out he leaves them in way too long black on the bottom and black on the crust isn’t cooked properly. That’s overdone never be back.

Nice lunch. The Cobb salad with chicken and the Reuben sandwich were both very good. The sweet potato fries were perfect. Service was good. The TV over the bar was very distracting. I suspect that when a baseball, football, etc game is on it could be OK but Lottery Dream Home was too much of a distraction.

On three straight occasions this place has mess up very simple orders. Go somewhere else.

I ordered a hot meal… and they wanted to save on a take out container and put my Cesar salad in with the meal.
Not fun having a warm salad

Asked for sauce on side and they didn’t

The best pizza I’ve had in South Plymouth.

This is a common place to meet friends and we’ve enjoyed it for years! But we were blindsided 2 days ago with an unexpected charge on the bill. Refills on tea and Sprite are not free!! I wanted to complain to the owner if I saw him during our lunch…I’ll do that next time. And I’ll be drinking water…unless he charges for that also!?

Brought my mom here today for her birthday today. Small and unassuming, only 6 tables, but food was fantastic! Server was great as well, very friendly and attentive. We got the bang bang cauliflower appetizer, I got a steak bomb, and my mom got a carnitas rice bowl. Ended up getting a pizza to go as well. Very impressed. Will likely be a go to take out spot in red brook. Don’t hesitate to try it out!

If i could give negative stars I would. I never write reviews but I just got back from bringing back a dinner I already overpaid for that was hardly edible. The Caesar salad was soggy from all the dressing and brown old lettuce. The avocado BLT looked like it was made from old food scraps. The bread was hard as a rock and broke apart as soon as you bit it. The avocado was hardly there and the little that was there was brown. The bacon was overcooked and looked like bacon bits. All slapped on one piece of old wilted lettuce and one slice of tomato. The worst part was the managers attitude that thought it was acceptable because its normal for avocados to turn brown from oxidation and wouldn’t refund me because it was part eaten. Then proceeded to tell me they were very busy and “human” as an excuse for why I should pay for bad food! Wow!!! DO NOT EAT HERE. I think I would feel differently if there was a little understanding but wow. Business must be good if you can turn a paying customer away that says they wont come back here again and be ok with that. Don't waste your money. The food and atmosphere is unappetizing.
