first of all I enjoy the smoothies and food at this establishment. BUT the workers are AWFUL AND MEAN . They roll their eyes at me and give dirty looks to customers . I’ve experienced this over a handful of times . They don’t even greet you when you walk and and side eye you . They are ruining the enjoyment of going there.

Wow! Food was fresh, crisp and delicious. Portion is generous. I ordered the greek quinoa salad and was deliriously happy with every bite. Container appears to be compostable 🌼 I cannot believe it has not occurred to me to eat here sooner in my 13 years living in Plymouth but it will be my new go to and I will spread the word.

Absolutely would have been a 5 star review because the food IS DELICIOUS, except two things.
1. The cherry tomatoes inside the falafel wraps are not cut up. This is a huge choking hazard. Everything else inside the wrap is cut appropriately and works perfectly for the sandwich. Why aren't these cut? In my sandwich one out of five were cut, in another person's sandwich it was similar. I pulled them out. Obvious fix here.
2. A customer, who seemed known to staff, had her baby on the counter and then standing on the counter - right where food is being prepared and served. Expensive food. No thank you. None of the staff addressed this and it went on for a while. Absolutely not acceptable for a food service establishment. (This occurred during our morning visit, and we felt it was enough of an isolated incident and the food was so good we did return for lunch, but this should be addressed.)

After a long hot day trekking to historic sites, I needed more than water. I asked for a Strawberry ? , Grapefruit, Orange ? , Mint, lime ? juice. They may have forgotten the mint, but it was quite yummy.
It was $9.50, so not cheap, but oh so satisfying and hydrating!
I love that they have coconut-water based juices too!
This is a great resource for hot summer days of historic exploration!!
Heads up! This was our first time here, and I just want to say that you all are doing a great job. I've seen some complaints from others, but I think the prices are fair compared to other towns. Whatever you're doing, please keep it up. The food was delicious, especially the falafel salad.

The food is okay, I think I appreciate the drinks that come out more than the food though. I'll totally update this if I ever am blown away by food items though. That being said I love the fresh juices here, it reminds me of a place in Puerto Rico I'd get fresh fruit juice from. Another cool thing is the protein smoothies, they do a really good job at making them taste great. I love the vibe in this store too, the staff is awesome. I'm happy to have a spot I like this accessible to me. Perfect all year long.

I love Vela, so much so that I have to work hard to NOT stop in every single time I drive by! All of their items are delicious- I love the chocolate maca smoothie and every single one of their gourmet toasts. The baked goods are so fresh and yummy. I usually order on the app and pick up, but sometimes I just walk in. It’s always clean and the staff is super sweet, no matter how busy it gets!The only thing that can be tricky is the parking, especially during crazy spring/ summertime - there is only street parking available immediately outside the shop but there are some public lots within short walking distance!
Dietary restrictions: All baked goods are gluten free!
I am by no means vegan or vegetarian but i would honestly give it a shot if the food could be as good as the veggie burger I got from this spot today! You almost had me switch over day one I am absolutely coming back for round two. ??
