worst experience with online delivery!! twice in a row i have ordered groceries to be delivered and they either gave me someone elses order or did not deliver at all and shopping in-store trying to find an employee who can assist is a task in itself i did get refunded for both times but i am refusing to ever shop here again. only shopping at small businesses from now on for my needs,i hate giving this corporation money

I can't believe Walmart is such a large enterprise when they have locations like this. I ordered an item at 10:20 am for in-store pickup. The order went through and it said it will be ready for pickup by 8:00 pm today. So I wait the entire day and I check the app at 8:15 pm and it still says, "Will be ready Sun, Jan 3 before 8pm". At this point and am pretty frustrated and confused. So I decide to wait a while and call their number at 8:30, a man picked up and I guess the order I had been waiting all day for meant nothing, he said they did have one in stock though and I could come pick it up, I decided to drive over there right then because the item was pretty rare and not many are in stock at retailers currently. We got there and went to the electronic section, we saw the product just sitting there unattended (fairy expensive item) and nobody at the register, two employees walked by me while I was obviously waiting for assistance and didn't do anything, after about 20 minutes of this I walked around and just grabbed the thing. Went to checkout and only saw one station open, walked all the way over there an elderly woman is sitting on a chair in the isle on her phone, she completely ignored me until I asked if the register was open, she then got up and rang me up, she didn't know how to remove the safety alarm for items above $100 and I literally had to show her how to do it myself. The box of the item is also pretty scratched up. Terrible management, and the little employees that they actually have working there are extremely incompetent and lazy. If there were negative ratings that's what I would give this place.

Horrible! Was threatened and sworn/yelled at by an employee.I made several attempts to work out at store level.I was encouraged by assistant mgr to call police since I was threatened.Extremrly unprofessional, and the store manager ignored my calls and market mgr too.They need to straighten out their act.

June 25. 7:30 am. Two workers in lawn and garden with No masks on. Two other workers n pharmacy area with nose Not covered. No hand cleaner at the door. The security guard talking on his phone with back to the door way.

Over 1 hour wait, for an order that Walmart emailed and told me it was ready for pickup. Waste of time using the outside pickup, I requested a pickup between 3 and 4, they called me at 2:45 and told me order was ready, arrived close to 4 and guess what, the order isn't ready, not even close to ready. Then I have to deal with the items that they substituted because they were out of stock. Since the substitute wasn't close to the original item I ended up going inside and as usual the item I wanted was sitting on the shelf. Watch your back Walmart, Amazon is coming fast and you are going to get run over. 40 minutes later and still waiting.

Went in there to get car tail light spray paint for MY CAR and the lady said I had to be 18 and I'm 17 witch I understand but I was with my 18 year old brother and they wouldn't let him buy it for me witch is absolutely ridiculous and the employees are so rude it's unexplainable like lady I talked to just could not project a nice comment for her life

Good store but kind of disgusted that the Boy Scouts of America is outside the store looking for donations. Back when we lived in Wyoming my son was in Boy Scouts and his councilor was a weirdo and used to send him very odd but very tasteful pictures of himself in the tub. These kids want my donations but I know they're just gonna spend it on video games and porn. I have nothing against either but if I'm spending money on video games and porn it's for myself. Darien, the gentleman who works in electronics was very helpful and I got the TV I wanted. Will be back but keep the nerds with the badges away from me.

I am not a Walmart goer, I actually hate going to Walmart because of how they are in my hometown, not the best shoppers there. I have been on the Walmart grocery pickup train for over a year now, and I'm obsessed. I actually had to go in to this Walmart today and it was the best one that I have ever been to! I did self check out so I didn't get anyone's help with anything other than when I asked someone where something was and she knew and pointed me to the correct location. Walmart grocery pick up here is A+, although I have never had any complaints about grocery pickup, other than you are not aloud to tip the employees, which is annoying to me but it's their policy.

Doug, the man greeting at the door, was awesome! He went totally out of his way to make sure we had the best feeling coming into the store. Such a personable and kind guy! He is the type of person who makes you want to come back, especially when there are so many large stores like Walmart, Target, etc. around Plymouth. He deserves some recognition! Thanks, Doug!!!!

This Walmart, as well as the one in Halifax, Ma., never have enough registers open with a cashier. Lines at the self check outs as well. Their 20 items or less registers are rarely open. Not sure why they are operating this way, but I shop elsewhere now because I would rather pay a higher price than go through the aggravation of shopping at this store and the one in Halifax. I believe the goal is to make everyone use the self check outs so they don't have to pay for cashiers.

I purchased an Xbox 360 game from here and brought it home and it wasn't compatible with my console so I brought it back to return it and get a new game and was told there is a copyright law which prevents them from taking it back. I had it less than an hour. Never buy any electronics from here.

Though I am not a big fan of massive Walmart stores this one is exceptionally good. I prefer to shop locally but I must say the prices are sometimes unbeatable. I also recently went in needed to use the handicap accessibility with the power wheel chair and that was great. I will end up doing more shopping here I am sure.
