I had a great experience at the John Carver Inn, Breelan at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Waterfire Tavern had excellent service from the bartender Anne and the food was delicious, the drinks were perfect, and they had sports on the TV. Definatly would recomend to anyone looking for a new place to try.

Pizza, chicken wings, crab ranggoonish things and onion strings were very delicious. Atmosphere was great as well.

We enjoyed the cocktails (Waterfire Martini especially) and the tapas were fabulous. Flatbreads were scrumptious and the lobster sliders were too die for!

I stopped in here to grab a quick dinner and a few drinks with my sister. There wasn’t really anything vegan on the menu but they put together a delicious veggie stir fry for me and we’re very accommodating. Jen and Hope were working the bar and they were so fun and welcoming we came back again after our harbor cruise. Thanks for a fun night!!!

Haha took a beautiful lady out on our first date here. N it was great we really hit it off having the whole place to our selves. Got to talk for hrs with out having to scream over people. I especially love the wait staff that was so eager to get us out the door I had a blast. "So unforgettable this moment with u FOREVER...😁

Food was disgusting. It's smelled like urine when we walked in and the few items we started off with order (i.e. chicky wings and then the pork slider), they said they we out of...and it was barely 8pm...no good

Great bar, the ambiance is amazing! The atmosphere was fun and light. The decor is very cool. A must visit!!

Hours are false. At 10pm, they were closed this past Wed, even though their hours say they're open until 11pm. Given that the hotel was mediocre, I don't know why I expected more from the bar.

Very bad and we i comeout of my hotel room and come to the lobby and look there it is closed then i go back again at 5:00 and it is empty and is disertend never go because it is only fun if you like to wait for 10 hours waiting for it to open

A nice addition to the John Carver - great spot for apps and some fresh mulled drinks. Beer selection is not huge but some decent local taps that match up with the food pretty well. The waterfire fountain is a unique centerpiece and the fountain noise drowns out other conversations around the bar. The lighting adds to the ambiance as the lights fade to red, blue, violet against the walls - waterfire bowls are signature dish, great for sharing. We will be back when in Plymouth :)
