Great whiskey sour. Had to ask for no mint though.

I had a great experience at the John Carver Inn, Breelan at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Waterfire Tavern had excellent service from the bartender Anne and the food was delicious, the drinks were perfect, and they had sports on the TV. Definatly would recomend to anyone looking for a new place to try.

Pizza, chicken wings, crab ranggoonish things and onion strings were very delicious. Atmosphere was great as well.

We enjoyed the cocktails (Waterfire Martini especially) and the tapas were fabulous. Flatbreads were scrumptious and the lobster sliders were too die for!

We had a nice evening here after a busy day in downtown Plymouth. The service at the bar was excellent and we had some lobster sliders that were among the best lobster sandwiches I've had outside of Maine. Huge credit to the chef at Waterfire for making them the right way (cold with mayo!) I hate when you go to a classic New England spot and they give you warm lobster rolls!!! We also wanted to try the coconut shrimp but they ended up running out of the larger shrimp and, to their credit, told us they didn't think they would be as good with the smaller shrimp (ok, another order of lobster sliders!). They had Canyon Road wines by the glass. We've always found that to be an excellent house wine. Either someone knows what they're doing or got lucky! I get the feeling they know what they're doing here. Because we were at the bar we had a chance to speak with others who were similarly enjoying the experience. I think that if you're a guest of the Inn you'll enjoy winding down at Waterfire before you settle into your room. We enjoyed it so much that we vowed to return here the next time we visit Plymouth. This is a solid, well-run tavern that did everything right!

I stopped in here to grab a quick dinner and a few drinks with my sister. There wasn’t really anything vegan on the menu but they put together a delicious veggie stir fry for me and we’re very accommodating. Jen and Hope were working the bar and they were so fun and welcoming we came back again after our harbor cruise. Thanks for a fun night!!!

Haha took a beautiful lady out on our first date here. N it was great we really hit it off having the whole place to our selves. Got to talk for hrs with out having to scream over people. I especially love the wait staff that was so eager to get us out the door I had a blast. "So unforgettable this moment with u FOREVER...😁

Horrendous doesn't even begin to cover it. Don't let the pretty pictures of the water fixture fool you. The wait staff is rude. We ordered a margarita flatbread, it came soggy, the basil was over dried and the thing just looked sad. Tasted like the tomatoes were from a can. I watched as the bartender made sangria, she used the same dirty previously used container to make a new batch. Never again

Food was disgusting. It's smelled like urine when we walked in and the few items we started off with order (i.e. chicky wings and then the pork slider), they said they we out of...and it was barely 8pm...no good

Don't bother with this place unless you are going for drinks only.
