Place lacks hygiene

Not only did I have a long wait when I got my meal fries were cold and the burger looked like it can out of a trash can never again I've had Wendy on long pond road and it the best fast food I've had it's a shame this one is as poorly managed as it is

Ordered a large hot coffee and a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. Coffee was ice cold, and the breakfast sandwich was grease. Next time, I will try the coffee and sandwich before I go.

Was missing the majority of my order ( 4 chicken sandwiches and 2 burgers) and when called to inform them of the mistake they just argued with me. Unfortunately this isn't the first time they have forgotten our food. I normally order large orders from here and cannot check the bags right away. I guess I need to start pulling off to the side and checking every time now.

No one spoke English, and it took them 10 minutes to figure out how to make change for a $50 dollar bill. No lie, two staffers, and a manager.
