Mid price restaurant in PTown MA. Varied menu. Great views of the ocean and lighthouse. I had spin dip, watery but okay. Also had buttered lobster roll, excellent big chunks of sweet fresh lobster on buttered roll. Also, NE clam chowder. Okay, not best or worst. Wife had Quesadilla, made with diced chicken, pretty good. We also had Tots and French onion soup. Tots were crispy and golden. The French Onion soup was warm with melted cheese and croutons. Not bad. All in all very nice experience.

Just in town with a friend for the weekend and was told this was the spot for breakfast.Well, I am happy to say I was not disappointed in this. The Portuguese Eggs Benedict was FANTASTIC. A good Benny goes a long way in my book, and this one has earned it's own chapter.

We stopped in for breakfast while in town. Greeted immediately and welcomed in. Got seated by a beautiful view of the water. Coffee was hot and delicious. Our server was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Food arrived and was fantastic and tasty. We had a couple of omelets with home fries and toast. Excellent all around. Would definitely recommend.

Came here on a cold, rainy day in the middle of the week and it was dead, but the service was still excellent and the food was delicious! If I am ever out here again, I will definitely stop here for breakfast. The food was so good that we went two days in a row during our trip.
My husband eat with Betsey every time we are in Ptown. Out most recent visit was in October 2012. We went three times: Friday night for dinner, Saturday night for dinner, and Sunday afternoon for breakfast. Every time we had great service and even better food. Every time we go, Betsey herself sits with us and chats a little. She makes me feel like I am in her kitchen eating at her table. George and the rest of the staff are friendly and professional too. And we always meet some colorful characters when we are there. I cannot wait to go back this summer

The atmosphere and service of our waiter was fantastic. 5/7 of our meals were fantastic but the other two caused food poisoning. If you can look past throwing up all night, it was a good time.

2 of us went for lunch Sunday afternoon. We were seated right away in the back with beautiful views of the bay. There were 3 or 4 other tables occupied as well as several people up front in the bar. We ordered 2 beyond burgers with vegan cheddar and fries. Service was friendly, if a little slow, and we had everything we needed. The burgers were slightly overcooked, but good and served on fresh buns. The fries were fresh and hot. We didn't try any dessert, but we would gladly return for another meal and try one next time.Vegetarian options: Plant based burgers and meatballs

Food was sadly ok at best but the drinks were good. I had the fisherman’s platter manny haddock, 4 shrimp and 3 scallops for $35. Shrimps were fine but scallops were way over cooked as was the fish. It was tight ans chewy. The breading and/or batter seemed to have no seasoning. My boyfriend had the burger and he said it was fine. The servers were friendly and attentive.
