Went here with my family for the drag brunch and everyone had a great time! The Drag Queens were talented singers/performers and very happy we went!

We did not stay at this hotel to preface, but we have no other outlet to express our dissatisfaction with the situation that occurred at drag brunch. We came to Cape Cod for a weekends girls trip and we wanted to go to a drag brunch very badly! The night before we wanted to ensure we were able to attend so we made a reservation online. The total came to $26 per person after tax and we were 6 people. We were fine and willing to pay this fee as this fee does not include any food or drink, just entrance to the show. We had an issue when the hostess was advertising to the patrons on the street that the show fee was ONLY $15 dollars. Our group thought we misheard so one of us asked the hostess if we heard correctly. She said yes, walk ins are $15 dollars but that only recently changed the day previously. The implication was that our party was not eligible for a refund for the extra amount paid to reserve the tickets. It seems very unfair to charge MORE for early bird reservation versus walk ins. THE SHOW WAS GREAT THOUGH! Loved the Queens and I’m sure they had nothing to do with this unfair pricing.

Just rating for the theater space… always great, and nice clean space with great lighting/sound. Perfect for Dina Martina to show off her tragic shocking horrifically wonderful theatrics/“singing”/“dancing”.

You can tell the management isn't doing a very good job, as many things seemed in disarray, but the incredible serving staff does such a good job trying to make up for it. Also, whoever is creating the food and drink menus is killing it.

Drinks outside here are great. We saw a drag show for $35 each by Tina Burner and it was awful though - worst drag I’ve seen

Update to my review!
July 2024 - All of our local Ptown peeps said it was under new management and for this reason, and the fact that they have so many different entertainment options, we decided to give it another try and they were fantastic! We passed through several times for the piano bar, club and outside bar and were met with great service and overall such a great time! The outside bar now serves at least 8 frozen drinks eg Froze, Espresso Martinis, etc. The drinks were strong and we had so much fun. Kudos to the new management, they have really turned it around. Thanks!

July 2022 - When every restaurant we popped into had not one seating available but the C&A was wide open, that was just a red flag we ignored. The staff here was stunningly rude, not because they were busy or overwhelmed but because they appeared to just be angry humans. We chatted with other hotel guests, who also come to Ptown yearly, and they have had the same experience from the host, waitstaff and owner. As fellow and former restaurant workers, we know how to treat staff and how to be treated as customers. The rudeness and ignorance levels here were nothing short of stunning. The food was ok, but be prepared because our experience didnt seem to be isolated.
