Great experience all around, service, food, pricing and drinks!! Went back three times during our stay in ptown! It’s our new favorite place! Tried several items on menu including the drink menu , everything was perfect! Our server on the last day was Ana! She’s amazing at her job!!!
very nice place located on a busy street next to the city hall. The restaurant is located on the open terrace of the second floor. A great place to relax with very tasty food. The staff is very friendly and nice. The food is a complete delight, thanks to chef who cooked our pasta - it was delicious. The cocktails were very refreshing. We had a lot of fun. I highly recommend it.

Damn good oysters (cheh-book-took) and a lovely waitress. Had to pay for water :/ but overall a great spot.

I recently dined at JD Grill and had a mixed experience. The lemonade was refreshing, but there was too much ice, which diluted the flavor. The Alfredo pasta was disappointing, as it lacked the creamy sauce I was expecting. The hamburgers I ordered medium came out dry and uninspiring.
Service was a bit hit-or-miss. One of our waiters was excellent—attentive and polite. Unfortunately, the other waiter wasn't as professional, making us pass dishes to each other across the table, which felt a bit awkward.
On the positive side, the Cod fish was good, the service was fast, which I appreciated. However, there are definitely areas for improvement in both the food and overall service.

Stopped by Thursday August 8 with my Mom, Dad and adult daughter. We enjoyed a family lunch right in the heart of Provincetown. We sat upstairs and outdoors, under a tarp, and at a table overlooking Commercial Street. Wonderful atmosphere with a timely Paris Olympics theme. Atmosphere is perfect and just what you would want to enjoy in P-Town. Menu is extensive including a raw bar, sushi, pasta and classic American pub fare. My mom and daughter both had sushi rolls which were fresh and delicious. I had the linguine with clam sauce, filled with fresh local littleneck clams. My dad had the clams casino which was good as well. Prices were reasonable. Highly recommend.

Always a good time at JDs. Great drink options, mixed and drafts. Reasonably priced options from sushi to pizza. Great escape from the rain.

This place has a great outdoor atmosphere and always very lively. The food is a bit expensive for the mediocre taste it brings. I've tried a couple of different things, the pizzas, the grinders, the lobster roll. I definitely recommend coming here for a drink or 2 but I'd probably go somewhere else for food.

The atmosphere is the draw here. Great environment for people watching. The service was friendly enough but the food was "tourist spot" appropriate - good if not great. Looking for a decent Burger or Sandwich it'll do fine, looking for more upscale food? Look elsewhere.

We sat on the upper deck and got a seat near the street so we could watch everything that was going on. Even though there is sun protection up there it was pretty hot. The chicken Caesar salad was really good! They charge $1 for a box of water (bottled water is illegal in P Town) and they don’t want to use/waste the tap water. I would go there again as long as I could sit on the street side of the deck. Our server was sweet and lovely.

Had dinner twice while on vacation. The pizza was horrible. The fish sandwich was good.
