Kohi is a great coffee spot right on the water. The drinks are solid, and the best part is the back patio with a beautiful view of the ocean. Perfect place to sip your coffee, relax, and take in the Ptown vibe.

I stopped in to Kohi one minute before they closed to buy some specialty beans. I was only in Provincetown for dinner with my family, and I'm sad I couldn't pop in to Kohi for my morning espresso. What a great little third wave spot! The outdoor seating in the back is ideal with views of the water! The barista who was closing up was so nice and not bothered to grind the bag of beans I chose even though they were closing. Thanks!! I've been enjoying the beans I bought very much.

This became our go-to spot for our first lattes and cappuccinos of the day during our Ptown trip. The coffee was excellent. The granola breakfast cookies were also irresistible; the oatmeal, coconut, dried cranberries, chocolate chips, and the other ingredients were a stellar combo in the cookie. We took our coffee and cookies back to our lodging, but note that there isn’t abundant seating if you’re planning to stick around the cafe for a while.

Delicious espresso and beautiful view! 10/10 for me! I had an oat milk latte with a little bit of their homemade Nola syrup - perfection!! I wish I lived here to have it more often. 😭
