Went in with a friend on a moderately busy day around town for an early-ish dinner, and as always the food was absolutely stellar, rivals that of even the most renown eateries in Boston Chinatown. No matter who I am with, or when I come to PTown, I always make it a point to stop in, even for just a small bite.
We shared a couple orders of dumplings and buns, and I have to recommend the mushroom and steamed vegetable bun, absolutely transcendent.
Advice, try a small test order first, only proceed to ordering more after confirming you like that test order. We are so glad we did that. Our test order ended up delivering premade pork dumplings that were ice cold on the unfried half. Clearly there was no attempt to warm them up correctly. The staff was apathetic, spending more time looking at their smartphones than the customer in front of them. From other online reviews we were expecting truly great dumplings, so this was an extra letdown. Better trained staff or onsite managers likely produce a very different result. So we might come back when they are busier to see if different staff are producing treats that actually are hot. But we will definitely start with a test order, and only if the staff at the time isn't obsessed with their phones.

Such a delightful experience. We went after the carnival parade and although they were very busy, our food came out relatively quickly. Staff was beyond friendly - I adore the person that took our order. Food was delicious, especially the dumplings. Would happily return.

We’ve been enjoying these dumplings on our last few visits to Provincetown. Delicious and comforting and perfect for an evening of recovery after indulging (or maybe over indulging?) in all of Ptown’s various forms of revelry. We’ll be back next summer!

The people there are friendly and welcoming and know their stuff. I can't say enough good things. I look forward to coming here every time I'm in ptown.
