Queen Vic Guest House Provincetown

Stayed here twice, and both times were absolutely amazing- I love the house so much I wish I could move in! I never got to meet the owners in person, but they were great with communication and really friendly, so hopefully next time! Perfect decor, perfect location, and a delicious breakfast brought to my room in morning. Also- loved the random and fun conversations with other guests out on the patio! Can't wait to go back! ❤️

My partner Nick and I had an amazing stay at the Queen Vic. The owners’ hospitality made the whole trip even better. Their communication from booking through checkout was seamless. Breakfast each morning was delicious, the rooms were spacious and cozy, and the whole place has so much charm (the bar was also awesome). I'm glad they were pet friendly, it was great to have our dog along, and it was fun seeing other couples there with theirs. We’ll definitely be back next season and we'll be recommending the Queen Vic to our friends.

Our original plan was to spend 2 nights in Provincetown, and we had booked the Queen Vic via a third-party site. They were the only pet-friendly property in town. Well, during our 24-hour drive from Florida, our remaining plans for the week changed significantly, allowing us to spend more time in Provincetown. We reached out to the Queen Vic directly, and Stan was so accommodating in allowing us to change the dates and add one more night. We enjoyed our stay and their guesthouse so much that we ended up extending our stay to a full 6 nights! Their hot breakfast (delivered to your room) was amazing every day. Stan, Josh, and their entire staff were so kind and accommodating.

The entire place was clean, well cared for, and beautifully decorated. Its location was ideal, and their outdoor space, equipped with comfy furniture and fire pit, is ideally situated for people watching along Commercial Street.

We cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Provincetown. While we didn't have any plans to visit the Cape in 2026, we are already reconsidering our travel schedule next year to incorporate a few nights at the Queen Vic!

This was an excellent choice. Although it was after labor day, the beverage part of the bed & beverage was closed up. We would recommend. Stan was fabulous and helped us through out our stay

Super friendly and helpful host, lovely rooms, great location in the West End. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Plenty of outdoor space for relaxing. Looking forward to staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was great and delivered to our room, and the owner was very helpful and communicated everything we needed to know. It was also the perfect location to walk around. Definitely would stay here again.

The Queen Vic is truly the cream of the crop! Thoughtful touches (the homemade breakfasts were delicious!) and unmatched hospitality made our stay memorable. Perfect location, cozy rooms, and genuinely kind hosts and staff. When we had to rearrange our travel schedule, Stan went above and beyond, addressing it immediately even during a busy personal time. Queen Vic has my strongest recommendation!

Side note: Maybe I just hit a good batch, but the breakfast featured possibly the best blackberries I’ve ever had!

I took my best friend for one night get away before season started to Provincetown for his Bday and we booked the Vic guest house. I have seen that place before passing by and was always impressed how nice it looked. We booked 2 rooms. One king and one queen both rooms we so comfortable and we absolutely loved every minute of our stay. The hosts are great and communication with them was so easy. On top we got a little breakfast served to our bedrooms. The place and just beautiful and super clean. Can't wait to be back again. Highly highly recommended 👌

Stan was a fantastic help in securing our booking when the card company was being difficult. Got everything worked out and stayed a perfect 24hrs in Provincetown. The room, the service and comfort was stellar. Provincetown is beautiful, we can’t wait to come back!

Our hosts Stan & Josh were fantastic and accommodating of our late arrival/check-in with incredibly clear and detailed instructions. We stayed in Room 10 which had its own private garden entrance of the back courtyard. Everything was incredibly clean, and daily breakfast which we ate outside, was great.
Location on commercial street is right on the edge of the hustle and bustle - literally steps away. Parking was a very short walk away. We had bikes with us, and there was a bike rack in the courtyard next our room which is behind a keyed gate, so we felt safe locking them there during our stay.

We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely return. Adults only was nice and relaxed and quiet. We were here over Easter. Not everything was open but it was perfect timing for us. We hiked, bikes and enjoyed the fantastic P-Town nightlight.

Stan recommended a spectacular hike across the dunes through the National Seashore area along the Hatches Harbor trail which was an absolute highlight of our trip.

Highly recommend - the locals are all so friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

We had a lovely winter stay at Queen Vic. The booking, check in and check out were seamless. We were given lots of great information and rapid responses to any questions. The inn and our room were lovely and very comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to everything one wants to do in Provincetown. Will definitely stay again!

Upon arriving, we felt right at home. Our host was gracious, and we felt completely taken care of. We loved the decor. Our third-floor room was compact but perfectly sufficient. Some things that stood out were the breakfast-in-bed and the hot tub!

Walkability: It's a great location on Commercial St.
