Queen Vic makes you feel like royalty with their excellence in service, daily beverage and breakfast service and the beautiful rooms (pick any but lucky 13 is my favorite). We have been coming for years and Queen Vic keeps us coming back. Also it's the perfect location near Joe's coffee, Boatslip, spas, restaurants and more. Stan and Josh have made Queen Vic the best and only place for us to stay in P-Town. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The breakfast is delicious. The location can’t be beat right across from the Tea Dance. Why wait in line for a drink or the restroom when you can walk 1 minute back to your own private bar and bathroom? Another wonderful stay at the Queen Vic! Stan and Josh go out of their way to make you comfortable and enhance your experience of staying in their beautiful guesthouse. It is no wonder that they continue to win so many hospitality awards. I was lucky enough to invite three friends to join me this time, and they all remarked that this was one of the best experiences that they had ever had in a Provincetown guesthouse. We have already made plans to return soon.

Our stay at Queen Vic was a delight. We didn't originally book here but had a very average experience elsewhere and decided to shift to new digs. Thankfully there was room at the QV and we couldn't have been happier with our move. The house is perfect - a classic example of local architecture in pristine condition. The space and the room are very clean and thoughtfully endowed with everything one might need. Our dog, Otis, was also welcome and the open garden space was perfect for lingering over breakfast or an evening glass of wine. I would highly recommend the Queen Vic.

The guest house is in a perfect location, on commercial street but just off the busiest part. My room, facing the back, was peaceful and impeccably comfortable. The owners are lovely and the whole place is guarded by a friendly but professional and reserved dog named Zoey. My own friendly but reserved dog felt very at home and got along well with her. They have lots of outdoor space to lounge around at your leisure, both in the front and back. Overall, a chill, homey, sophisticated vibe. Guests get 15% off Cafe Heaven, which is a truly accurate description of the food and drinks there.
