The cupcakes are light and moist (ā¦hate that word, but aproposš) I dig that the frosting is not pre-applied (again, so it doesnāt get crusty). What a great business! Iād def recommend sending as a gift, it was a perfect surpriseā„ļøš§

Confection mastered! I have never in my 36 years on this planet had a cupcake that was so perfect in all of its ways! The cake texture, the density, the moisture, the crumb and the flavor perfectly balanced with the most top notch buttercream frosting I have ever had. The buttercream is in the Goldilocks zone of perfection! I am so sad I canāt be close enough to stop in frequently but I am so thankful for nationwide shipping!! ScottCakes are unmatched on every level. Beyond grateful to have stopped in on a whim! Thank you for these delicious cupcakes! Impossible to ever forget!!

Recently spent the day in Provincetown and bought a 1/2 dozen ScottCakes. They have perfected their signature recipeāthe cake is moist and buttery and just the right amount of pink frosting. Made a special allowance to enjoy one and it was worth every delicious biteāI could have eaten the entire box by myself! As a bonus, we got to meet the owner who was so fun and friendly. Maybe it's just me but, while the mini Scottcake ($2.50) was very good, there was nothing I'd say was 'wow' outstanding about it. Fresh? Yes. Tasty? Sure... vanilla and sugar. I guess I'm still hooked on the variety of baked goods down the street at the Portuguese Bakery (Natas, eclairs, tortes, and even the fried dough). The cupcakes near home beat out the Scottcake. Good, but I expected more.
