We’ve seen several shows with Art House. Each one has been excellent. It’s a nice intimate space and every seat has a great view of the stage.

Such a great space…so very sad they are going to close and change to a nightclub or whatever. Summers are partly exciting because of the season Mark Cortale puts together. I truly hope he finds a new home.

We saw two wonderful shows at the Art House during the last week in July. An amazing evening with music director, Seth Rudetsky and Broadway Super Star, Mandy Gonzales plus a fine comedic show with Miz Cracker. It’s a great venue to showcase talent.

They need to organize their seat in a better way. How they can separate group tickets, and let everyone sit individual in different areas? And it took a long time to get a ticket, they should update their system to use scanning code to let people get in.

This is an intimate little theatre where there are no bad seats. The sound is excellent and the seats are comfortable. I love being in close proximity to the performers. Finally, the staff are all wonderful!

Great little theater and the staff are a lot of fun.

still has a very strict out of date mask mandate. It's august 2022. the owners should google COVID protocols and reconsider their approach.

They’ve let this iconic location fall hard! It is tarnished by a lack of effort and concern for the patrons. The space is hot and miserable. Drinks weren’t available and there was no air conditioning. The only thing that save our night was the fantastic performer!

Incredible place - a true gem of the Provincetown Theater community!!
Loved seeing Lillias White here recently. Everyone had to provide proof of vaccination. Small, intimate venue.
Lynn Reddick
Very efficiently run. Vaccination required for entrance.

This was the highlight of my trip. Going to a quaint intimate "art house" for an intimate evening of theater was the perfect addition to my vacation. Being from NYC and a broadway aficionado, I was thrilled to catch Judy Kuhn and Seth Rudetsky. The show was beyond my expectation. Judy captured every song perfectly in a moving and memorizing manner. Seth highlighted her career well and the stories told were enjoyable and inspiring. Purchasing my ticket at the box office with cash I found the box office person to be very patient answering all my questions about covid safety as it was a concern for me and discussing if VIP tickets were worth it due to a small theater and a previous yelp review exercising caution. I decided to buy the VIP and glad I did. Got their early enough to be first in line and was first in theater and there were plenty of good seats for me to choose. Being up close added to the intimacy. It was great to be up close to the artist. The Art House is a must visit on a trip to Provincetown and see anything just for the experience. Pleased that Covid precautions were put in place such as vaccination status checked and masks worn which was not a big deal to do.

Like most (all?) Provincetown venues, it is a folding chair sort of situation. Not terribly comfy. Spring for the primo seat at the front!! Great acts like Deven Greene (and her handsome hubby) will keep me coming back. Thanks for booking great talent throughout the summer! Hopefully, the closure of the restaurant will be temporary.
