The ice cream itself was average, especially considering how pricey it was. The staff wasn’t the friendliest either, but what really bothered me was when I asked for spoons after buying three ice creams in waffle cones for my family. I was told they could only give me one spoon, which made no sense since I had purchased three ice creams! It seemed illogical and left a bad impression. For the price and the service, I expected a much better experience.
We've been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. The trail mix is delicious but I have to say my favorite is the giant chocolate sea turtles with carmel and cashews! Last time we were there I was able to get our girl Maya some fresh pumpkin dog treats too! She absolutely loved them! They really had a fantastic smell, I honestly wanted to try one myself! As we were discovering Provincetown, we decided to stop for a little frozen treat. Although it is completely understandable that it was a Friday and it was busy, my sister and I were quite disappointed with not only our drinks but the prices as well. I paid nearly $8 for a Frappuccino and by the time we stepped out of the store, the coffee had already separated.
