This spot offers a vegan many options for a quick bite with very affordable prices. The service was great, kitchen clean, portion size great and the meal was tasty! We're so happy that 'Tween the Tides is a now on our radar for when we want food prepared with great ingredients, care and love.

This place is seriously great for vegan/plant based food. We had the PoBoy, Shawarma, the Chik’n sando and fries. everything was perfectly seasoned and flavor forward. High marks for technique, execution, attention to detail and creativity

Such a fantastic addition to Provincetown and the Cape in general. This summer I've worked my way through basically the whole menu and have not been disappointed with a single bite! The street nachos are a must everytime I stop by, they are like a deliciously dress salad with perfectly cooked eggplant piled on top of tortilla chips with house made vegan feta. Yum!
