Alba never disappoints! Premium steak, seafood and sushi! Excellent desserts and drinks. Service is great! Highly recommend!

I recently moved from New York and have been exploring bars around Boston. I was excited to find this rooftop spot had TouchTunes, which I love! As a Dominican woman in my mid-30s, I was looking forward to hearing some Spanish music—something that makes me feel at home.
Unfortunately, my experience was completely ruined by Amir (I hope I’m spelling that correctly). He was rude, condescending, and downright disrespectful. I paid extra credits $7 more—to hear a song by El Alfa. The song was skipped 44 seconds in. When I politely asked why, Amir responded, “Sometimes people play shitty songs, and we have the right to change it.”
That comment wasn’t just unprofessional, it was offensive. I was the only Spanish-speaking person at the bar, and his tone and attitude made me feel completely disrespected and excluded. I've heard people say Boston can feel racist but I hadn’t experienced it myself until that moment.
Everyone’s money spends the same. I came to this bar to have a good time like everyone else. If you’re someone who values inclusion and respect, think twice before supporting a business that allows staff like Amir to decide who deserves to enjoy the music and the atmosphere based on their personal preferences.
This experience was incredibly disappointing. I won’t be returning—and I wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone looking for a welcoming, diverse vibe.

My first time here and the food was so good. The service was excellent too!!!, I had the lobster ravioli and a caesar salad on the side and it was delicious 😋. The chocolate cake for two was good too and I took it home for leftovers. I'll definitely be back again soon, Anthony

I go often to this place. I do enjoy their food one of my favourite dishes are octopus and sushi rolls.
Got the chance to come to Alba in Quincy for the first time tonight for an anniversary dinner. My wife was blown away by the service we received from our server Courtney. We both work in the industry and could not compliment enough how great of a night we had. Bolognese are phenomenal!

Was at their terrace yesterday, I did not have a great experience. It was very hard to get the bartenders attention and the servers did not seem to care. Do not recommend.

I recently moved to Quincy center and I have been to Alba three times with the hope that the next visit will be better but I was completely wrong. This is the only reason why I’m leaving this review. This time around I sat at the bar for 10m, waiting to order a drink but I was ignored. One bartender said hello and asked if I need anything I gave him my drink order and he never made my drink or looked my way. After another 5m of waiting for my drink (keep in mind the bar wasn’t even busy) I ended up leaving. The first two times around our waitress were rude and even cursed at my wife not knowing she spoke the same language. It’s unfortunate's to see a restaurant with such potential lose clientele due to the staff’s behavior. I hope managment does something about it.

Food, drinks and roof atmosphere were good. But last night women’s room was out of soap all night! Me and someone else in my group told staff on two different occasions, then I heard another women in the bathroom saying she was going to tell someone. But it was never refilled. Pretty gross and unacceptable for a restaurant, I can only assume the servers were washing their hands with just water that night.

Very attentive service. We only had to wait ~30 minutes for a 4 top on a very busy Saturday evening on the rooftop. The Lobster roll and clams were exceptional and tasted very fresh. Great menu on the rooftop with quite the variety of drinks and food.
