I was really looking forward ordering a cake from Amorepas for a very special occasion. I chose this place because of all the amazing reviews and images I’ve seen online of their work. I’m highly disappointed with the product. This was the inspiration I showed the owner and she assured she could make the cake but with butter cream instead of fondant. I trusted her and this I was what I got. I really wish she was honest with me and told me she wouldn’t be able to deliver what I wanted so I could go with someone else. Such a disappointment for a special wedding. I was truly embarrassed bringing the cake.

Got some mini charcuterie boxes, mini chicken pot pies and some deserts to go.Meat and cheese in charcuterie were high quality and the price was so good .Easier and less expensive to try and make your own.Definitely a hidden gem in Quincy.Fab spot to grab items for a dinner party on the go .Owner was super friendly and can customize any size board. Parking is available on street.

Wow. Having opened my own bakery, I love stopping in to explore bakeries when I pass them. This one is, hands down, the best in the Boston area. This and Guilty Bakery in Hingham are the best bakeries I have been to in the state of Massachusetts.
The cookies are exploding with fillings, gooier and tastier than almost any cookie I’ve ever had or made, and incredibly affordable (I think they were $2 each).
I tried their empadinha, and wanted to go back for more, it was so damn good! Filled with seasons and shredded chicken and topped with an olive, they are delicious, savory, and satisfying (and scarily addictive).
I also tried a chocolate muffin. Now, it did not taste like a muffin to me, but like a cupcake, BUT if was mind-blowingly chocolatey! Sooooo good.
I can’t get over how good this place is!
I’m so glad I found one closer to home, because Higham is quite the drive, but I am very picky about my baked goods.

They also do cupcakes, ice cream cups, and do macrons (which I did not try). The owner, I believe, showed me a beautiful order she had just finished making though! How pretty!!!

I stopped in and ordered some last minute Christmas gifts for my team. They were able to make 30 hot chocolate bombs and cookies that were ready within 24 hours. They came out beautifully, and I got some for myself as well and they taste AMAZINGl!! This is such a great addition to the area. They also offer a lot of other items. I will definitely be going back regularly. Thanks you Amorepas!!!

We stopped by Amorepas on a Saturday morning. The owner has done a really nice job redesigning the interior. It is very clean and calm, and seems like nice place to sit and enjoy a coffee or treat. We got two bagels that were delicious and my wife got a Reese's cupcake to go which she later said was one of the best cupcakes she's had!
