Been coming here for as long as I can remember, super friendly and a good variety of cupcakes. They started selling ice cream and milkshakes too and those are great. Overall wonderful environment and even better sweets!

The cupcakes are good but have a couple flaws: the chocolate ones are a bit dry and dense, the ones with filling don’t quite have enough of that (less than halfway down), and it’s a bit on the pricey side (discount for a dozen would’ve been nice). However, I would like to give a special shout out to the raspberry lime cupcake we had - super moist and perfectly flavored! Wish the rest were more like that one.

I wish I can upload the photos....The worst cupcakes and cookies I've ever eaten. I spent $174 on 12 cupcakes, 12 sugar cookies and 20 hot coco bombs. The coco bombs looked good but were gross. The cupcakes and cookies were both hard and nasty.....not to mention the decoration. I asked for sugar skull theme, and I had a blob of icing with a tiny skull sprinkle on it. My guests tried 1 of each and all the rest were thrown away. Absolutely the worst money I've spent. ?

These are by far the worst cupcakes my husband and I have ever had. Stale, dry and the owner could care less.
Babycakes consistently makes the most amazing cakes and cupcakes for all our family events! This was the most recent one this last weekend for my mother’s birthday (we added the flowers, but we’ve enjoyed their fantastic designs on other cakes over the years!) Mahriah is so kind and nice to work with, and she are always giving back to the community through fundraising events at the shop. One of my favorite local businesses!

Best desserts on the south shore. Interesting and innovative cupcakes. Very friendly and helpful owner as well, especially for events. Parking can be difficult on the street, so utilize the side streets close by. It's worth stopping in, especially since it's better quality and price than most of those over-hyped Boston dessert shops.

If this is the substandard quality cake that has become acceptable i will stick to baking my own thank you. Better to take a drive to Oakleaf cake shop in Boston if you want real cake. If you notice none of the reviews use words normally associated with cake such as moist creamy or just buttah! Instead they’re all chocolate chocolate because many chocolate fans who just eat hersheys and are satisfied would eat anything you throw some cocoa flavor into. Yes chocolate comes from cocoa.

I need to update this review because every single cupcake was amazing! We cut them up when I got home and they all got rave reviews and each one was way better than any other place that I have ever gotten cupcakes before! The right texture, the right taste, creative, and just downright delicious! It was $2.50 per cupcake. There are plenty of vegan and gluten free options for ice cream and cakes! Highly recommend the unicorn ice cream!!!! Also, the raspberry lemonade cupcake, raspberry lime, and double chocolate cupcake were freaking amazing!
