Ordered Delivery for my mother's birthday and it was mediocre to say the least. My dinner was wrong, I ordered Crispy country chicken and received rotisserie chicken. The meatloaf my brother ordered was a bland, dried out brick and they forgot the gravy. My mother's chicken needed to to go in the air fryer because it was under cooked. They also forgot the corn bread with our order. Absolutely terrible experience and I regret ordering from here

OVERNIGHT LEFTOVERS Look before you buy ordered both takeout and delivery from this place and they are no good missing sides missing sauce worst thing is they served overnight food I got chicken that dry and hard left over from the day before very bad

We placed an order online at 5:00 said it would be ready in 20 minutes. We get there and the store was closed even though they said they are open till 8. Never got our food and never got our money back after calling and calling.

Do not come here, lost $60. Placed an online order, went to pick it up and the food wasn't even put in packages yet but also half of what I ordered was not available/they did not have. I asked for a refund, the man behind the counter told me he could not give me a refund but handed me a paper with an email on it. It's been two weeks and I have not received an email back, no refund, no communication from the Boston Market email.
