Got home and pizza was not cooked, order was wrong, oh well...not going back

Meat is sliced so thick Italian sub is gross. Can’t taste anything but the meat. Soda comes warm everytime, the salads aren’t very good either. But the service is quick.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered my kids dinner here after work for curbside, a large cheese pizza and large steak fries. Only to call when I arrived outside and be greeted with an awful attitude from the girl at the front. She hung up on me, then proceeded to walk outside and act like she couldn’t see where I was parked at even though she looked directly at me in my car. I called back to explain to her where I was parked and also to let her know that she looked directly at me. I also had my hazards on to signal which car I was in. She put the phone down and was talking to people in the background. When she came back to the phone and I asked for the order to be refunded as I no longer had interest eating food from a place with workers who are rude. Only for her to hung up on me AGAIN mid sentence. I called to speak to the manger and he told me “yeah she’s a little rude” and “he can’t control what people say”. Which as a manager it’s your job to control the professionalism of the establishment. If someone is known for being “a little rude” she should not be the face of the company. I ordered here as a first time customer because my coworkers all tell me how great the food is. After my first time experience, I will NEVER order from here again.

Sometimes it’s a hit or miss. I ordered via phone my order was wrong person said I ordered Greek salad which I have never had that in my life she took it back but still heard her say I ordered it, your customers can still hear you.

I love ordering from this location. They have the best sandwiches around! Worth every penny in my opinion. The owner takes the time to answer any questions, or concerns that I may have at any time.

Okay for at least the last year or so? They have some ILLEGAL who can MAYBE !!! ON A GOOD DAY? SAY ABOUT 3 WORDS IN ENGLISH!!! she is RUDE as they get and hangs up when you ask a simple question!!!

I ordered two pizza and fries The pizza wasn't all the way done So I called.
And they sent me two more pizzas And they burnt the pizza This was awful service

Ordered thru DoorDash pickup… the pasta tasted like fridge and the sauce was watery, the pizza was just okay, and the chicken kebab meal wasn’t great either (poorly put together salad, dry chicken, fries were okay). It’s also possible they had somebody working there while sick - after ordering from there last night my partner and I both woke up with flu-like symptoms (the only meal we shared that day).
