I went here about 4:30 AM. The customer service was great. The fries were FRESH and super hot with the correct amount of salt. The Whopper Jr's. were plumped with crisp toppings. We ordered 2 meals and they just automatically put them in separate bags which made it easy for us. And they were quick. The overnight staff are doing great!

Did an online order. Waited close to 10 min to approach the counter to ask for my order. Staff ignored me for about 5 min (even giving customers food that ordered after me) When I was finally approached about what I was waiting for they had my burger in the window for some time now but didn't get the fries. Now there are no fries and I had to wait for them to be made.... I was finally given my food and had to wait another 5 min for my milkshake idk if they're just short...

Food is sometimes cold but if you tell them they usually will fix it. Sometimes you get a bit of attitude but most of the employees are very nice there. I like to there a lot because I love BK's burgers. And although prices have risen recently I feel like this is still one of the cheapest places you can get decent food at for a good price. That means a lot.
