Most enjoyable noodles down to the last bite! FYI, this is a very small place with limited seating it's definitely worth the wait if you stop by during a rush. Next time we're in the area, I'll be going back for the Cumin Lamb Biang Biang Noodle!

I had dinner here on 12 Aug 24. It is a hole in the wall mom and pop joint. Cash only. That means disposal cutlery and plates for sharing. Be prepared for a tight squeeze as there are only 5 tables in this place.

That being said, the food is very good and mostly spicy. I loved the biang biang noodles which are basically thick wheat hand made noodles. Very chewy and soft. The sauce was just the right heat level. We also had the fish fillet with preserved vegetables...

I've been meaning to go to Chili Square for a while, and finally made it on my last trip to Quincy. The restaurant is small (maybe 5 tables), and most everything is self service in front of the counter (including water, styrofoam side bowls, utensils, napkins). Cash only. Overall I enjoyed some of the things I had here, but probably wouldn't come back.
