Driest bowl of chipotle I’ve ever received. There was an entire hour until closing and they were literally out of everything. As I went down the line I continually had to make substitutions for the things I would regularly order just for me to reach the register and notice that all the ingredients I wanted were in the online order section… very frustrating. If I had more time I would have just told them to forget it.

The food was delicious but the restaurant was not clean at the time of my visit. I can see food particles and trash on the floor, tables and stools and on the floor next to the food prep area. Associates were more focused on the food prep area than having an associate clean the restaurant. My recent Chipotle experience was disappointing. The service counter was messy, and the employee preparing the food seemed careless about cross-contamination, with ingredients like tomatoes and cheese ending up in dishes where they didn't belong. My own burrito unfortunately contained two chunks of tomato when I hadn't ordered any. The burrito itself was hard and flaky, suggesting it had been sitting out for a while and was stale.
