Service was quick, the atmosphere was great, and I’ll definitely be back. DNA Realty Group is working on a flip around the corner, so this will be one of my go-to local coffee stops.

I’ve come here a few times this week and ordered the same thing — a large iced coffee with caramel and oat milk, plus a bagel with cream cheese. Each time, the price was different: $9.26, then $10.10, and today $11.80. When I asked about it, I was told that on previous visits they didn’t charge me for caramel and oat milk.
I don’t mind paying for what I order, but it’s frustrating that the pricing is inconsistent and only explained after the fact. As a customer, I expect clear and consistent charges.
Overall ,the employee who served me three time was very nice and had a great smile, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the pricing inconsistency still left me disappointed.

3/3 free coffee day for particular customers. I was not aware nor informed of this when I placed my order today. Typically support this business because the coffee is good. But the objective is clear here. They will not have to worry about me coming back as I will not be returning.

I was excited to try this place out based on the great reviews, however, the coffee lacked flavor. Ordered the German Coffee Cake iced coffee and all I tasted was cinnamon. The Jamaican Me Crazy just tastes like regular coffee. I've had better coffee elsewhere.

Super small, and absolute chaos to park here, but I love all the vegan options!!!!
They have Two Leaves and a Bud teas, they make their own chai and it’s delicious and not overly spicy (made with honey).
They have almond, soy, oat, and coconut milk.
They have packaged vegan products like Alternative Baking Company, but also fresh bagels and such.

Great coffee and I love their frozen coffee drink! Great summer treat!Bagels are fresh and their flavored cream cheese is awesome. Their old recipe for vege cream cheese was much better than their current one but it’s still awesome.
Parking: Always plenty of street parking. Don’t stay loo long as it’s residential parking only in that street.
