All in all not impressed. The coffee is so bitter it burns going down. It was supposed to have a snickerdoodle flavor and that’s non existent. There’s also zero sweetness to either coffee. The food was sub par. I would have been better off making my own coffee and food at home.

worst customer service ever!!! the coffee n' cream staff have no respect for the customer. i felt oppressed by the manager. when i told them their menue in the door dash app was not working, they just screamed at me. when the driver went to pick up the order , they were horrible to him as well. they refused to make my order even though it was their flawed menue selection that messed up the order in the first place. they are number one for most hateful coffee shop in boston!

This place is terrible. I ordered the breakfast wrap and it was so small, no flavor, hardly any bacon and there was hair in it! I couldn't even finish it! Never again!!

*deep sigh* I'm writing this review after they messed up my order twice within a two hour period. I'm severely under caffeinated and just annoyed, so here we go... I placed one order online for a sandwich combo that comes with and a breakfast sandwich. They cancelled the combo without notification until the driver (s/o to him) called me and told me. The online ordering company refunded me my money, but the only thing the restaurant sent was the the breakfast sandwich. I asked for the bagel to be toasted but it was tough and soggy. I placed another order because I really only wanted the coffee; the sandwiches were really to make the delivery minimum. I order a different combo and a separate coffee just in case the combo got cancelled again. They send me the combo (w the hot coffee I asked for prepared as an ice coffee iced coffee) and completely forget my flavored iced coffee. So now I'm grumpy with bitter coffee that's made incorrectly, a soggy breakfast sandwich and who knows what the combo sandwich will taste like. I at least got another refund from the online ordering company because they are great. Honestly, this establishment is a wash. It's not worth the pain. If I could give 0/5 stars, I would.

This place is amazing! I've been coming here for about 3-4 years now partially because of how close it is to home, but also because of the awesome coffee and service I receive on a regular basis. The employees are so friendly and helpful and the coffee is cheap too so I go in nearly every day if for no other reason to drop by and say hello! Highly recommend if you need a quick fix and I bring my friends by whenever they visit!

I've been to this venue several times before when it was an outpost of Coffee Break, which still has several other locations in town. Although it now has new owners and a new name, it has similar offerings: lots of different brewed coffees, plus espresso drinks made to order, as well as baked treats. I ordered a large iced dark coffee and was pleasantly surprised to see that it came in a super-sized plastic cup - the same size as, say, the ones they use for large sodas at McDonald's - for a very low price. So much, in fact, that it was more than enough hydration to power me and last through a long walk up and down the beach. The gentleman who was staffing the coffee counter was super sweet. This is located inside a convenience store here at this intersection, so, together, they're welcome amenities in this dense residential area.
Decent place with good coffee and great sandwiches. I work not far, so I often either buy on the way or order delivery.?

Can I give this place 6 stars? 7? I'm a regular there (I order delivery on hectic work days) and their food is such a perfect treat! I like to get a sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant, and it's just delicious. The cheese is melty, the croissant is flaky, the eggs are perfectly cooked-- it's a great sandwich, and it reminds me of grabbing food to go back in NYC. Once there was an issue with delivery (not their fault) and they resent the food with homemade poppyseed bread! Cannot recommend them enough. <3
