Awesome place, you won't be disappointed.
First time visiting and it was a good experience. It was a retirement gathering nicely managed and good atmosphere.
We were there for a mercy meal, and the food was excellent.
Always tops in service and food!
The brunch was good! I got the corned beef hash and it was a different type of corned beef hash than I was used to. It was more of a shaved meat style than the traditional. It was still good! I also tried the crunchy french toast which I thought was pretty good. Service was a little slow but it did not impact the meal much. Cool place, we checked out the marketplace next door as well.
We used Common Market for a Celebration of Life event. We were so impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service we received. The staff took a lot of time to explain how the event would take place.
The food was great, the wait staff were so kind and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Everyone from the manager to the bartender exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant and will use them again for events. Many thanks to all that helped us last week.

Really liked this place for a while and ate here often. My favorite was the Cesar salad with Cajun salmon. They used to give you a good portion of salmon but now it’s less and less each time. They maybe served me 3oz this last time so I will no longer be going.
Friendly service. Prices were generally reasonable.
French Onion soup was excellent.
Chicken Parmesan was a large portion and ok overall, if a bit bland. I think maybe the tomato sauce didn't have any flavor (tasted like a jar rather than homemade)? Good quality piece of chicken though.
The sprinkle-on Parmesan cheese shaker was filled with dark grey mold at the bottom. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until I had almost finished my meal. The waitress was apologetic, but I was sort of expecting at least a comped drink or something.
Vibe: cute local place. A bit warm, not sure if AC was on.
Total: $80 for two people before tip.

Celiac friendly. Small portions but the GF food was very good. The bbq chicken and caramelized onions was yummy and the fish was also delicious. We use the venue frequently for family events. There are many different sized rooms and a bar if the party wants to stay past the booking time.

An impeccable experience. One of my best memories on my visit to Boston. This is my review of The Cafe @ the Common Market. From the hostess that warmly greeted us to the servers that explained everything on the menu to the presentation of the dinner. A wonderful evening.
We were treated very well !
