Although this bakery boasts of very high ratings but it is sad to say that my experierence of dealing with them was horrible. I contacted them for a birthday cake for my infant son and the staff was very rude on the phone. One of them even hung up on me. They didn't even reply to my email for several days despite a promise that they will revert back in 3 days. It is shocking to witness such pathetic customer service, and makes me wonder how they have managed to get high star rating. I would never ever approach them for any service, and would caution others too.

If there was a zero star I would have given it to them! The most unprofessional people I have ever come across in my life time! Lord knows who gave them the best bakery award! Extremely rude staff!! Called them twice, banged the phone on me while I was requesting for placing my son’s bday cake order! I sent them emails after emails and no response! I called them about the same and they said they will respond that very day and it’s been a week since! Extremely disappointing! I’ll never recommend anybody to give them any business !

There are a wide variety of flavors to choose from, and Kristen did not limit how many flavors we wanted for our wedding. We sent her a sample image of the design we wanted for our cutting cake and she replicated it, while also adding a bit more flair to make it even more beautiful.
