Their bananas foster french toast is decadent in all the positive connotations of that word.

Much better breakfast spots in Quincy. the service was prompt and friendly but food was a big miss. Eggs for the Benedict and egg sandwich were way over cooked and the potatoes were way undercooked while everything was painfully under seasoned.

Oops. Forgot to complete this review. Well i like this place. Great service. A very close small town fell to this place. The food and customer service are great. It's a breakfast and brunch spot and they treat you like they've known you forever. Fresh squeezed OJ is mmmm . Bananas foster French toast, pancakes sausages or a buffalo chicken sandwich you will be satisfied no matter what you choose!!

Pleasantly surprised with my visit to Craig's Cafe. The breakfast burrito was delicious and a great balance of ingredients. I especially enjoyed the self-serve coffee bar. No waiting for a cup of joe from the start. There are a lot of breakfast spots in quincy, but Craig's is set apart by its modern, cozy atmosphere. This is now my go-to place.

We came back after several years, to continue to be disappointed. The service from all employees were minimal. Once we got our food, never was checked on or received the item we asked for. The home fries only had pepper and not crispy or well seasoned. Our pouched eggs were hard and not runny. Our waitress came once to get our orders and that's it. We had to go to register to get our check and pay,it was not a busy time or full of customers while we were there today.Unfortunately wouldn't recommend eating here.

It’s been about 5 years since going to Craig’s. It was one of the most comfortable places in the Quincy area. Last Sunday, I came in the restaurant at around 11 am, placed my order at 11:15, but received the food at 12. Had almost ONE hour of waiting. After 30 minutes of waiting, I asked the server about my order and she said that she mixed up the tables for our order so we still needed to wait another 10 minutes without saying “SORRY” and as I tried to complain, she just left without even looking at me. Finally she came back with the food about 15 minutes later. The other three tables around us ordered, received their food and left while we were still waiting. Yeah.. this is my last experience in Craig’s. So sad :(

You can do so much better. Service needs improvement. Half empty space with drinks served in the end while waiters talk to each other, and you barely can get their attention to remind?

The food is good, above average breakfasts and lunches. Nothing fancy, but good. The staff is friendly, and the place has a nice homey feel. But, and with the two stars you knew a but was coming: service is UNFORGIVABLY slow on weekends. The last two times we went it took over 45 minutes (second time *just* under an hour) to get a straightforward breakfast order. If you're okay with that, go for it. But they won't let you know how slow they are, and don't seem to think there's anything they need to fix.
