First of all we decided to try on valentine's day and made it delivery by uber eats. It was placed on a Saturday night at 7pm so I was scared because I know it must have been busy. It was our first time trying crush pizza. I read some reviews and was nervous about missing items because it was a big order. The order got to our residence at a respectful time due to Saturday night valentine's day. We was impressed with the food we all enjoyed the food very much. A shout out to the staff for making sure the order was accurate and delicious. I will recommend for others to try. We will be ordering from crush pizza again either in person or delivery again. Thanks again for the service provided on a busy night much appreciated.
Cannot get in contact with business without an AI system answering the phone. Cannot get in touch with any actual human being. Attempted to call and place and order for Super Bowl Sunday only to have it set up the order for today instead. Absolutely ridiculous to implement AI in this way for a local business.
Update: After speaking to AI, I tried calling and reaching out directly to the store several times during the day with no response. Maybe instead of taking the time to respond to low reviews, you can take more time to answer phone calls and improve your customer service.

Tell me why at 7:45pm I can’t place an order online or by phone on a Wednesday? You’re open until 9. I had to physically drive there to order or pay 150% markup on third party delivery apps. That is insane. Is it because it takes an hour to get service here, so you have to stop orders an hour and a half early? Also it’s so tacky replying crying to one star reviews.

Door dashed a chicken caesar sub and it was fresh and hot. Crispy chicken, bread not soggy however the flavor was a little bland and not worth all the hype i have been seeing on tiktok. Also had cheese and pepperoni pizzas and they were delish! reasonably priced will come back to try something new!

I love Crush Pizza! I’ve been coming here 3x a week and always try something new. My favorite is the grilled steak sandwich and the Pesto blast pizza. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are extremely busy at any time of the day that I’ve been in there. The food is worth the 15 minute drive for me!

It's awesome! Super delicious food. A bit pricey but honestly you get what you pay for and this is worth it. Love the atmosphere it's wicked chill and plays good music all different genres. It's a nice set up. I've been here 2x officially for the Caprese sandwich with and without prosciutto muy delicioso! Honestly just the right amount of tomato, mozzarella, pesto, etc. and toasted it's absolutely incredible! Thank you Crush Pizza!

If you’re looking for real pizza, this place has amazing pizza. It’s a wood burning oven and you can’t find anything. That’s even close in Quincy. Great job. You’ve earned my business if I ever need a pizza I go to and I recommend it highly just park around the corner near the library. Can’t say enough good things about it.
