Food serves in big portions, the rice noodles which they are known for IS SOOOOOO GOOD. Best noodle place i’ve EVER been to. The one with the fish and the picked veggies, literally so flavorful and astounding to my tastebuds. The duck is also very good. Many noodle options, and pretty affordable for the amount of food you’re getting. Did i also mention that it’s so fun putting the noodles into the boiling soup? You get to choose how much noodles you want in the soup at one time. Amazing place.

We had an excellent time at this restaurant. It was a spontaneous choice but we were seated quickly. The manager was very helpful with explaining the menu in English and the food came quickly. We ordered an A1 and an A5 and the portions were huge. It was enough for our family of 4. The noodle soup was delicious. Our kids were rowdy but no one batted an eye. Very good and bright atmosphere.

I ordered the original. The rice noodles were done right and not too soggy. The soup is very flavorful but just a little on the salty side in case for anyone watching their salt intake. You can get 1 free refill of noodles so this makes it a good value. The catch is that is you have left over noodle, you cannot take it togo otherwise you will be charged $2 extra. This charge is not obvious but the waitress warned us about it. There might have been a sign by the door about this charge but it was all in Chinese except "$2" which I can only assume is regarding this policy.Dietary restrictions: Be aware that food may be on the salty side if you're on a sodium restriction due to high blood pressure or edema

A nice place to have a quick and balanced meal either by yourself or with friends and family. The crossing bridge rice noodles are my personal favorite. The noodles are silky and cooked to the perfect chewiness. The soup base is flavorful but not too heavy, with plenty of lettuce in the soup. There are also plenty of appetizers and drinks.Kid-friendliness: Rice noodles are well accepted by kids.

Update because got a great reply from the owner: I have a Chinese friend also tried here and we both agree that we are not coming back. Not because of any bad, it is because nothing stands out. I don’t need a big bow of soup and + big noodle and the taste is mild or no “signature”. Make it smaller and tasty. Make people crawling or talk about it after they left. The place is clean, bright and nice. Keep this upThe soup is ok, a bit mild for me. You will need to be very hungry to finish the bowl. The chicken breast is better. Don't forget the cucumber to bring up the taste.

Very poor service ,The wrong noodles on the next table, did not ask whether to use directly, the next second was brought out to me, so that I do not know whether it is the same, so that I am very diaphragm, feel sick, do not want to eat food, but I still paid the money to tip, will never come to this store。

Basically elevated hot pot. Like I swear the broth is too familiar tasting to be coincidence ?

I'm always down to try bridge noodles, so I was excited to see what Dagu's take was.I got the original crossing the bridge noodles and got beef as an add-on (it's not included). Strangely, the extra beef is fewer pieces (4) than the default beef comes with the tomato broth version (6). In any case, the broth was way too porky for me, and the toppings were also pretty lackluster. I tried the spicy broth and it was better because the spice masks the porkiness. I wouldn't recommend the original. I much prefer a chicken broth bridge noodle soup. The fried chicken breast cutlet was amazing! It was perfectly crunchy outside and so tender inside, with clean flavors. I would go back just for this. It was even good cold, when we finished off the leftovers in the car.The cucumber salad was pretty good but nothing special.Overall I wouldn't come back to this place other than to maybe get the chicken cutlet to go. Wen's is still my go-to for bridge noodle soup in the area.

Our lunch came super fast! The two of us each ordered broth and noodles. My wife opted for the tomato broth with sliced beef; I went with the OG broth with bone-in pork. Both were tasty, hit, and filling. With an appetizer and one serving of hot green tea, our bill came out to about $40 - not bad! Service was blindingly fast and very attentive. We will be back!

Their food is generally good. Their broth has a lot of black pepper, so it's a little hot. They got my order wrong one time when I called to order takeout, but it still tasted good! I've eaten from there a few times and had good experiences
