I ordered a vanilla dipped cone in cherry and received a melted cone that was barely dipped and melting through the bottom. When I asked if they could make me another cone they tried to say it was dipped like that because of the ice cream and that the cone wasn’t dripping. I again asked if a new cone could be made and was told that they would not make a new cone because it was a waste of product. I then asked for refund because I was unhappy with the melted barley dipped dripping cone and again they refused to give me a refund as well. Then when I asked for the manager I was told the person who made the cone was the manager (Maggie)and the person above her was the owner which she was unable to contact because this was not deemed a big enough issue to contact him. Also that they didn’t have a phone number for corporate. While on the phone with corporate, after googling their number myself, all three employees proceeded to laugh and stare out of the window until I drove away. Before I left another customer came and order the same exact order as myself, and their cone was perfectly fine, dipped properly and not leaking from the bottom. I am very disheartened by this experience as I have been spending money at this establishment all summer including coming here the night before with no issue. This felt very targeted especially when I watched other people receive their product with no issue.

Ordered a large royal ice cream today. This site cheated by giving me one ice cream full of melted water for more than 80% of the cup, and then covered the top with few unmelted ice cream.
The distribution feels like they cheated me on purpose. No wonder they did not show the cup upside down when giving me this

when i ordered my blizzard, i asked if this was the thing that you could flip, because i didn’t know. the young woman then made fun of me and told me that i “wasn’t funny”. genuinely ruined my experience.
Place is always busy, be ready to wait 20 mins but well worth it !

Allie Smith already said it best. I had the exact same experience today; when I complained about the amount of M&Ms they said it was the correct amount due to "their policy" and I offered to pay for more, again they couldn't sell them to me because of "policy"

They have CHERRY DIP !!! best DQ around. No they don't do commercial promotions but still the best DQ experience tucked into Quincy Point. You can't go wrong
