I usually don't order Domino's much, but I have ordered here for a few evenings and late nights. The staff on evening/late night are kind. For food quality, it's Domino's. There are way better pizza joints around Quincy, but sometimes it's nice to order and have it done quickly. The mobile app offers good coupons too.

Last night I ordered 3 item received just 2 when I ask the driver what's going on he say I don't know they give me just 2 item. I call domino to ask them where is my item and I want my refund they tell me they are very busy and they can't help me now. The women who I spoke she ask me for my phone number and expiration number of my credit card and say she will do refund today. Still no call for them or refund I'm very disappointed š š š. Before this company was very good and nice now it is going down.

I ordered Alfredo pasta and a two-topping pizza. The pasta portion was so small it felt like they were rationing for a crisisāalmost like they mistakenly gave me a kidās size. As for the pizza, the toppings were sparse, and it wasnāt even cut properly, with just six uneven slices. I decided to try this place because itās closer than Hancock Street, but Iām very disappointed with the experience.

The pasta bowls are a scam. They legit only give a layer of pasta in the bowl. This is going to be the last time I order from this location.
Went in there the first time (itāll be my last time) since theyāve been opened for a week. I asked the girl, I want the veggie pasta and she told me we donāt do this anymore but then why is in the menu!!! Is it you donāt want to do it or is actually the item is no longer available? Not going back there anymore since all other locations have a bad reputation of their foods, services and the qualities. Thereās a lot more other good pizza places around Quincy so why go there!? Stay away from this intoxicated place peoples!!!!

This place at 41 Safford was finished yesterday 11/13/2024. There are NO REVIEWS... and yet there are already 292 reviews. As it is not actually serving anyone, it's not physically possible for it to have 292 reviews about how it's a great place with good food. BUT... let's go off of dominos food in general. Think back to the last time that you ate Dominos... did you get sick to your stomach after? Don't remember? Wait until after you eat here again and ask the same question while you're spray painting the porcelain bowl with your meal. This is why corporations suck. Poor quality food which is practically poisonous. AND they replace the small business spots which were well known in Quincy with garbage.

Night shift always so quick and nice while dayshift usually so slow. I mean I usually do curbside pickup because I order when I go out from work, but if my order is still not preparing in 25 mins, it is not fair. Not the first time tho.

I was in a rush so I didnāt get her name, but the woman at the cash register/the front on 9/29/24 at 6 PM was excellent. She is extremely friendly and fast at her job. Sheās always in a good mood and makes customers feel welcome. Great customer service skills! ?
